|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف القيادة بالقدوة لمديري المدارس وعلاقتها بالولاء التنظيمي للمعلمين في مدارس التعليم العام في دولة الكويت، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الارتباطي، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمت أداة الاستبانة لجمع المعلومات، حيث تتكون من (٥٢) بند موزعه على محورين هما: القيادة بالقدوة والولاء التنظيمي، وطبقت على عينة عشوائية بلغ قوامها (ن=٣٨٠) معلماً ومعلمة، وباستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، وهم: يمارس مدراء المدارس في دولة الكويت القيادة بالقدوة بدرجة مرتفعة، ويتوافر الولاء التنظيمي لمعلمي مدارس التعليم العام بدرجة مرتفعة، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات أفراد مجتمع الدراسة ببعد (العلاقات الإنسانية) وبعد (المبادرة والإنجاز) والدرجة الكلية لمحور القيادة بالقدوة لصالح لذكور، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بالنسبة لمحور القيادة بالقدوة لمديري المدارس تبعا لمتغير سنوات الخدمة والتخصص، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بالنسبة لمحور الولاء التنظيمي تبعا لمتغير الجنس وسنوات الخدمة والتخصص، وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة موجبة قوية بين الدرجة الكلية للقيادة بالقدوة لمديري المدارس والولاء التنظيمي للمعلمين، وجود علاقة تنبؤية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتغيرين بحيث أن ثلاثة أبعاد القيادة بالقدوة يمكن أن تفسر ما نسبته 52.1% من الولاء التنظيمي للمعلمين.
|b This study aimed to identify leadership by example for school principals and its relationship to the organizational loyalty of teachers in public education schools in Kuwait. The study used the descriptive analytical method of association, and to achieve this goal the resolution tool was used to collect information, consisting of (52) items distributed in two axes: role-driving and organizational loyalty, and applied to a random sample of (n=380) teachers. Using appropriate statistical methods, the study reached some results: school principals in Kuwait exercise a high level of leadership by example, and organizational loyalty of teachers is high. There are statistically significant differences between the mathematical averages of the responses of the members of the study community with t(human relations) and (initiative and achievement). The overall degree of leadership axis by example in favor of males. There are no statistically significant differences in relation to the leadership axis by example according to the variables of years of service and specialization. There are no statistically significant differences in the focus of organizational loyalty depending on the gender, years of service and specialization. There is a strong positive correlation between the overall degree of leadership by example and organizational loyalty. There is a statistically significant predictive relationship between the two variables so that three dimensions of leadership by example could explain 52.1% of teachers' organizational loyalty.
