|a لم يعد يختلف اثنان في القول إن البشرية أمام تخلق حقيقي لنموذج مجتمعي جديد، فقد حذر ونبه إليه العديد من العلماء، منهم على سبيل المثال (فرانسيس فوكوياما Franses Fokoeama) في كتابه "الانهيار العظيم The Great Disruption" متناولا ذلك الانهيار وما صاحب ذلك من تغيير في النظام المجتمعي، وانهيار في العلاقات والروابط، نتيجة لثورة تكنولوجيا المعلومات (IT). لذا فإن هذه الورقة البحثية تركز بشكل أساسي على استعراض أهم التطورات التكنولوجية المعلوماتية (IT) كأدوات آنية ومستقبلية، وما الذي ستحدثه وتغيره في الحاضر والمستقبل ...؟ متناوله إرهاصات انتقال المجتمعات الإنسانية إلى مجتمع المعلومات والمعرفة، وما يتبعه من تحديات وكيف يتسنى المواجهة وبلوغ الانتقال بثبات...؟، لعل السبيل لذلك الأخذ بالخيار التنموي الاستباقي، والذي لا يتسنى إلا من خلال نمط التفكير كونيا من أجل الاستشراف المستقبلي للإنجاز محليا...؟
