المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تطوير إعداد وتدريب قيادات المعاهد الأزهرية بمصر في ضوء مدخل الإدارة الإلكترونية، وفي ضوء ما أسفرت عنه نتائج الدراسات السابقة أصبح واضحا أن واقع إعداد وتدريب قيادات المعاهد الأزهرية بمصر يعتريه العديد من أوجه القصور والضعف، من هذا المنطلق كان هناك إحساس بوجود مشكلة في واقع إعداد وتدريب قيادات المعاهد الأزهرية بمصر يمكن صياغتها من خلال السؤال الرئيس التالي: "كيف يمكن تطوير إعداد وتدريب قيادات المعاهد الأزهرية بمصر في ضوء مدخل الإدارة الإلكترونية؟" وطبقا لطبيعة الدراسة الحالية فقد استخدم الباحث: المنهج الوصفي، واشتملت الدراسة على الخطوات الرئيسة الأتية الإطار العام للبحث، الإطار النظري لإعداد وتدريب القيادات التعليمية كما وردت في الأدبيات التربوية المعاصرة، الإدارة الإلكترونية كمدخل لإعداد وتدريب قيادات المعاهد الأزهرية، واقع إعداد وتدريب قيادات المعاهد الأزهرية بمصر ونتائج البحث وتوصياته، ولقد توصلت الدراسة الحالية لعدة نتائج لعل من أهمها ما يلى: هناك جوانب قصور وضعف تعترى واقع إعداد وتدريب قيادات المعاهد الأزهرية، كما أن هناك افتقار لاستخدام المداخل الإدارية الحديثة في برامج إعداد وتدريب قيادات المعاهد الأزهرية، وأوصت الدراسة بالعديد من الأمور كان من أهمها: ضرورة عقد برامج إعداد وتدريب لقيادات المعاهد الأزهرية في ضوء المداخل الإدارية الحديثة ومنها مدخل الإدارة الإلكترونية، وهذا يتطلب العمل على نشر ثقافة الإدارة الإلكترونية وتوفير برامج تدريبية لقيادات المعاهد الأزهرية في ضوء هذا المدخل.

The current study aimed to develop the preparation and training leaders of Al Azhar institutes in Egypt in the light of the electronic administration approach According to the results of the previous studies, it becomes clear that preparing and training the leaders of Al-Azhar institutes in Egypt suffers from many shortcomings and weaknesses, from this standpoint there was a sense that there is a problem in preparing and training the leaders of Al-Azhar institutes in Egypt, which can be formulated through the following main question: "How can the preparation and training of leaders of Al-Azhar institutes in Egypt be developed in the light of the electronic administration approach?" According to the current study, the researcher used: the descriptive approach, and the study included the following main steps, the general framework of the research, the theoretical framework for preparing and training educational leaders as mentioned in contemporary educational literature, electronic administration as an approach for preparing and training the leaders of Al-Azhar institutes, the reality of preparing and training the leaders of Al-Azhar institutes in Egypt and the results of the research and its recommendations, and the current study has reached several results, perhaps the most important of them are the following: There are deficiencies and weaknesses in the reality of preparing and training the leaders of Al-Azhar institutes and there is a lack in using the modern administrative approaches in the preparation and training programs of leaders of Al-Azhar institutes. The study recommended many things one of the most important of them was: the necessity of holding preparation and training programs for the leaders of Al-Azhar institutes in light of modern administrative approaches, including the electronic administration approach, and this requires work to spread the culture of the electronic administration and provide training programs for the leaders of Al-Azhar institutes in light of this approach.
