|a تهدف الدراسة إلى قياس أثر الإنفاق الحكومي على التنمية المستدامة في مصر وذلك باستخدام منهجية ARDL وبيانات عن الفترة (١٩٨٠ - 2019)، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على نموذج انحدار خطي متعدد باستخدام دالة كوب دوجلاس، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها، أن العلاقة موجبة بين الإنفاق الحكومي والتنمية المستدامة في الأجلين القصير والطويل، كما اتضح من نتائج الدراسة أن معامل تصحيح حد الخطأ سالب ومعنوي إحصائيا بمستوي معنوية ١%، وهذا يشير إلى تقارب التوازن في الأجل القصير إلى الأجل الطويل، كما يفسر نسبة الأخطاء في الأجل القصير التي يمكن تصحيحها من أجل العودة إلى التوازن طويل الأجل، فمعامل تصحيح الخطأ على المدى القصير هو (-١,١) مما يعني بأن ما يقرب من ١.١% من الانحرافات في المدى القصير عن توازن المدى الطويل يتم تصحيحها كل عام.
|b The study aims to measure the impact of government spending on sustainable development in Egypt, using the ARDL methodology and data for the period (1980-2019), The study relied on a multiple linear regression model using the Cobb-Douglas function, and the study came to the conclusion that, the relationship between government spending and sustainable development in the short and long term is positive. It was also clear from the results of the study that the error correction coefficient is negative and statistically significant at a level of significance of 1%, and this indicates the convergence of the equilibrium in the short term to the long term, it also explains the percentage of short-term errors that can be corrected in order to return to long-term equilibrium. The short-term error correction coefficient is (-1.1), which means that approximately 1.1% of short-term deviations from long-term equilibrium are corrected every year.
