|a كشف البحث عن واقع إدارة الذكاء الاستراتيجي بجامعة الفيوم، وتم تطبيق استبانة على عدد (400) عضو من أعضاء هيئة التدريس من مختلف كليات الجامعة العملية والنظرية، وقد توصلت الدراسة الميدانية إلى نتائج من أهمها، أن القيادات الجامعية وأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الفيوم تتسم بالقدرة على تحديد خارطة الطريق لكافة منتسبي الجامعة، وتعينهم على تصور ما يمكن أن يحدث، وفهم التغيرات التي من المحتمل أن تؤثر على الجامعة، وهذا يمكنهم من اتخاذ القرارات المناسبة لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة، والتي تؤثر على الخدمات التعليمية التي تقدمها الجامعة للمستفيدين، وقد قامت الباحثة بطرح عدد من التوصيات لتعزيز إدارة الذكاء الاستراتيجي بجامعة الفيوم من أهمها، تشكيل وحدة للذكاء الاستراتيجي بجامعة الفيوم، مهمتها تزويد القيادات الجامعية بالمعلومات المطلوبة، إقامة شراكات وتبادل الخبرات بين جامعة الفيوم والجامعات العربية والأجنبية.
|b The research extract revealed the reality of achieving of Strategic Intelligence Fayoum University, and a questionnaire was applied to the number of (400) faculty members from various practical colleges of the university, the field study has reached to the results of the most important of which University leaders and faculty at Fayoum University are able to identify the roadmap for all university members, help them visualize what can happen, and understand the changes that are likely to affect the university, enabling them to make the right decisions to achieve the advantage Sustainable competitiveness, which affects the educational services provided by the university to the beneficiaries, the researcher has made a number of recommendations to strengthen the management of strategic intelligence at Fayoum University, the most important of which is the formation of a unit for strategic intelligence at Fayoum University, whose mission is to provide university leaders with the required information, establishing Partnerships and exchange of experiences between Fayoum University and Arab and foreign universities.
