|a كشفت المعايير الدولية الناظمة للحق في بيئة سليمة عن الارتباط الوثيق بين الحق في بيئة سليمة والحق في الحصول على المعلومة البيئية، ابتداء من إعلان استكهولم حول البيئة، ومرورا بالميثاق العالمي للطبيعة، وصولا إلى الإعلانات والمبادئ التوجيهية الصادرة عن برنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة. وبهذا الخصوص صادق المغرب على العديد من الاتفاقيات على غرار اتفاقية "ريو"، كما كرس حق الحصول على المعلومة البيئية من خلال الميثاق الوطني للبيئة والتنمية المستدامة، وعيا منه بضرورة تطبيق الحكامة الجيدة في تدبير السياسة الحكومية لشؤون البيئة.
|b International standards regulating the right to a healthy environment revealed the close Link between the right to a healthy environment and the right to environmental information, starting with the Stockholm declaration on the environment, and through the World charter for nature, including the guidelines issued by the United Nations environment program. In this regard, Morocco had ratified many conventions such as the Rio convention, and enshrined the right of access the environmental information through the national charter for the environment and sustainable development.
