المستخلص: استهدفت الدراسة توصيف حالة الوعي السكاني والمسئولية الإنجابية لدى الأزواج، والوقوف على مدى تجانس أو تغير العلاقة بينهما عبر الأجيال، وقد أسست الدراسة على فرضين رئيسين موداهما: تميز كل من الوعي السكاني والمسئولية الإنجابية للأزواج بالتغير لا بالثبات عبر الأجيال، وأن زيادة الوعي السكاني ينتج عنه تأثير إيجابي تجاه المسئولية الإنجابية. اتخذت الدراسة من مقولات نظرية التشكيل البنائي، والمدخل الفينومينولجى حول الوعى والفعل ونظرية الدور موجها نظريا، واعتمدت منهجيا على طريقتي المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة والمقارنة، وأجريت الدراسة بقرية "تل العمارنة" كأحد المجتمعات الريفية، وقام الباحث بإعداد دليل لجماعة النقش البؤرية لمناقشة (١٢) مفردة من جيلي الدارسة، ومقياس للوعى السكاني وأخر للمسئولية الإنجابية كأدوات للتحليل الكمي للبيانات، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة قوامها (٥٥٠) مفردة، وأوضحت النتائج العامة ثبوت صحة فرضي الدراسة، حيث أشارت التهليلات إلى تباين اتجاهات ومعارف وإدراكات الوعى السكاني بين الجيلين، وبالمثل مسئولياتهم تجاه الأمومة الآمنة، ورعاية الأبناء بعد الإنجاب، وصحة الأزواج الإنجابية، وأن هناكراتفاع في مستويات الوعى والمسئولية لدى الجيل الأصغر يعزى إلى وجود تغير بين الجيلين، كما أشارت معنوية الدلالات الإحصائية ومعاملات الارتباط إلى أن مرتفعي الوعى السكاني ترتفع لديهم المسئولية الإنجابية خاصة لدى جيل صغار السن.

The study aims to describe the state of demographic consciousness and reproductive responsibility among couples, And to determine the extent to which they are similar or the relationship between them has changed over generations. The study was based on two main hypotheses; Population consciousness and the reproductive responsibility are characterized by change between generations, and Increasing the population consciousness of couples leads to a positive impact on their reproductive responsibilities. The study took theory of structural formation, phenomenological approach and role theory as a theoretical guide, Methodologically, sample social survey and comparison methods were used, The study was conducted in the village of "Tel El-Amarna" as one of the rural communities. The researcher prepared a guide for the focus group discussion to discuss (12) husband from the study sample, and two scales for population consciousness and reproductive responsibility as tools for quantitative data analysis, A simple random sample of (550) husband was represented. The general results confirmed the validity of the study hypotheses. The analyzes showed the difference of trends, knowledge, and perceptions of population consciousness between generations, as well as their responsibilities towards safe motherhood, postpartum care for children, and reproductive health of husbands. Also there is a rise in the levels of consciousness and responsibility among the younger generation, It is attributed to the presence of a change in the two generations, The statistical significance and correlation coefficients also indicated that, Those with high population consciousness have a higher reproductive responsibility, especially among younger generation.
