المستخلص: سعت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مدى إسهام أبعاد القيادة الملهمة في تعزيز النجاح الاستراتيجي لدى القيادات الإدارية في رئاسة الجامعة التقنية الشمالية من خلال أبعاد القيادة الملهمة المتمثلة ب (الثقة بالنفس، الرؤية المستقبلية، الاعتراف بالقادة كأداة للتغير، والحساسية تجاه القيود البيئية). وقد تبلورت المشكلة البحثية بالتساؤل الاتي: ما هو دور القيادة الملهمة في تعزيز النجاح الاستراتيجي في المنظمة المبحوثة؟ ولتحقيق ذلك فقد تبنى الباحثون المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في صياغة الإطار النظري والفكري وجمع البيانات ومعالجتها وتحليلها ومن ثم تفسير نتائجها إذ تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على البيانات التي تم جمعها عن طريق استمارة الاستبانة، وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في القيادات العاملة في الجامعة التقنية الشمالية والتي اشتملت على مديري الأقسام ومسؤولي الشعب والوحدات والبالغ عددهم (٥٥) فرد وتم اختيار عشوائية منهم بلغت (٣٠) فردا. ولاختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم استخدام مجموعة من الأدوات الإحصائية لتحليل الجانب العملي وذلك بالاعتماد على برمجية spss v19. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من الاستنتاجات أهمها أن هناك تأثير معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد القيادة الملهمة على المستوى الكلي والجزئي في تعزيز النجاح الاستراتيجي مما يؤشر على أهمية هذه الأبعاد على أداء المنظمة الحالي والمستقبلي إذ أنه كلما زادت قيادات المنظمة المبحوثة من اهتمامها وتركيزها على أبعاد القيادة الملهمة فإن ذلك سيسهم في تعزيز النجاح الاستراتيجي فيها.

The current study sought to identify the extent to which the dimensions of inspirational leadership contribute to enhancing the strategic success of the administrative leaders in the presidency of the Northern Technical University through the dimensions of inspiring leadership represented by (selfconfidence, future vision, recognition of leaders as a tool for change, and sensitivity to environmental constraints). The research problem was crystallized by the following question: What is the role of inspirational leadership in promoting strategic success in the organization under study? To achieve this, the researchers adopted the descriptive analytical approach in formulating the theoretical and intellectual framework, collecting, processing and analyzing data, and then interpreting its results. This study was based on the data collected by means of a questionnaire form, and the study community was represented by the leaders working at the Northern Technical University, which included: The directors of departments and officials of divisions and units numbered (55) individuals, and (30) individuals were chosen at random. To test the hypotheses of the study, a set of statistical tools were used to analyze the practical side, based on the SPSS V19 software. The study reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which is that there is a significant and statistically significant effect of the dimensions of inspiring leadership at the macro and micro levels in enhancing strategic success, which indicates the importance of these dimensions on the organization’s current and future performance, as the more the leaders of the surveyed organization increase their interest and focus on the dimensions of leadership Inspiration, this will contribute to enhancing its strategic success.
