المستخلص: سعى الباحث إلى تحقيق جملة من الأهداف من خلال بحثه، أهمها: إيضاح المقصود بمورد النص، وتحرير مراد أهل العلم به، وبيان أنواع الاجتهاد في مورد النص، وضبط المنهج السليم في ذلك بين الإفراط والتفريط. مع تحرير القول في أهم المسائل الأصولية المتعلقة بمورد النص. ثم إبراز الأثر الفقهي للأحكام الأصولية المتعلقة بمورد النص. وقد بين الباحث أن النص في الاصطلاح الأصولي له معان متعددة، منها: ما لا يحتمل إلا معنى واحدا، ومنها ما ازداد وضوحا على الظاهر، وما فيه زيادة ظهور سيق الكلام لأجله، وعموم الكلام المتلفظ به الدال على معنى. وجميع هذه المعاني مرادة في البحث، وسياق الكلام هو الذي يحدد المعنى المراد. كما بين أن المقصود بمورد النص هو محل الحكم الذي جاء نص الكتاب أو السنة لبيانه وتقريره، ويعبر عنه العلماء بتعبيرات كثيرة، منها: مورد النص، ومحل النص، ومورد الشرع، ومورد النص له علاقة مباشرة بسبب نزول الآية وسبب ورود الحديث، وذلك من جهات عدة، وانتهى البحث إلى مجموعة من التوصيات منها: ضرورة دراسة مورد النص في آيات القرآن الكريم وأحاديث النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وبيان أنواع الاجتهاد في مورد النص، وتحرير القول في أحكامها، مع دراسة موضوع الاقتصار على مورد النص.

The researcher sought to achieve a number of goals through his research, the most important of which were: clarifying what is meant by the text resource, liberating what is known about it, specifying the types of jurisprudence in the text resource, and regulating the correct approach between overuse and negligence. The doctrinal effect of the original provisions on the supplier of the text should be highlighted. The researcher pointed out that the text in the fundamentalist term has several meanings, including: it only has one meaning, and some of it has become clearer on the surface, including the increasing appearance of the context for which the speech is made, and the general verbal expressions which indicate the meaning of the word. All of these meanings are desirable in research, and the context of speech determines the meaning. He also pointed out that the text supplier is meant to replace the provision that the text of the book or year came to his statement and report, and that scholars express it in many terms, including: the text supplier, the text supplier, the Shari'a supplier, the text supplier is directly related because of the revelation of the text and the reason for the receipt of the hadith, in many respects, The research concluded with a set of recommendations, including: the need to study the text in the verses of the Holy Quran and the Hadiths of the Prophet, peace be upon him, and to clarify the types of effort in the text supplier, and to edit the text in its provisions, while studying the issue of limiting the text supplier.
