المستخلص: إن القيادة ثلاثية الأبعاد تشغل حيزا واسعا في قطاعات التعليم العالي، إذ إن الجامعات تضم عدة فئات (الموظفين، التدريسيين، الطلبة) وأن لا بد من وجود أكثر من نمط للتعامل مع هذه الفئات يتناسب مع اختلاف الأعمال التي يمارسوها وواجباتهم في ضل البيئة التنافسية العالية والحاجة إلى الأداء المتميز من الفئات كافة باعتبارهم الكوادر الفعالة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس العلاقة والتأثير بين القيادة ثلاثية الأبعاد والدور الذي تمارسه لتحقيق الأداء المتميز. طبقت هذه الدراسة في بعض الجامعات الأهلية في محافظة النجف الأشرف، وكانت عينة البحث (٢١٠) تدريسي من أصل المجتمع البالغ (٤٥٥)، منهم (٢٦٠) تدريس في الجامعة الإسلامية، و(195) في جامعة الكفيل، تم توزيع (٢١٠) استمارة على التدريسيين، واسترجع منها ٢٠٠ استمارة فقط وكانت الاستمارات الصالحة للتحليل الإحصائي (١٩٧) استبانة. خرج البحث بعدة استنتاجات من أهمها أنه توجد علاقة ارتباط عالية بين القيادة ثلاثية الأبعاد والأداء المتميز فضلا عن علاقة التأثير للقيادة ثلاثية الأبعاد على الأداء المتميز للفئات الثلاث. كما خرج البحث بعدة توصيات من أهمها ضرورة الاهتمام بالجانب القيادي الذي يتناسب مع الفئات المختلفة والتي تتطلب أن يكون القائد الإداري قادرا على استخدام أنماط مختلفة في آن واحد. إذ لا يمكن أن يصلح نمط قيادي واحد لتطبيقه في الجامعات لكونها تضم فئات مختلفة من حيث العمل والتوجهات، كما أنه من الضروري أن تحافظ الكليات الأهلية على مستوى عالي من الأداء المتميز لأنه يعتبر من سمات التعليم العالي، ولأجل أن يتسنى لها مقاومة المنافسة الشديدة مع الكليات الحكومية من جهة والكليات الأهلية من جهة أخرى.

3D leadership occupies a wide space in the higher education sectors, as universities include several categories (staff, teachers, students) and that there must be more than one pattern to deal with these groups commensurate with the different work they practice and their duties in light of the highly competitive environment and the need to the outstanding performance of all categories, as they are effective cadres in higher education institutions. This study aims to measure the relationship and influence between three-dimensional leadership and the role it plays to achieve outstanding performance. This study was applied in some private universities in the province of Najaf, and the research sample was (210) teachers out of the community of (455), of whom (260) taught at the Islamic University, and (195) at Al-Kafeel University, (210) forms were distributed. Only 200 forms were retrieved from the teaching staff, and 197 were valid for statistical analysis. The research came out with several conclusions, the most important of which is that there is a high correlation between three-dimensional leadership and outstanding performance, as well as the effect of three-dimensional leadership on the outstanding performance of the three categories. The research also came out with several recommendations, the most important of which is the need to pay attention to the leadership aspect that fits with the different groups and that requires the administrative leader to be able to use different styles at the same time. As it is not possible for a single leadership style to be applied in universities because it includes different categories in terms of work and orientations, it is also necessary for private colleges to maintain a high level of outstanding performance because it is considered one of the characteristics of higher education, and in order to be able to resist intense competition with colleges Government on the one hand and private colleges on the other.
