المستخلص: كانت الأيديولوجية الاستعمارية تهدف إلى تحرير الشعوب التي تعتبرها أقل شأنا. ومن ثم، فإن فرض التحولات الاجتماعية المكانية ستولد انتهاكات ثقافية واقتصادية وأمنية بشكل أساسي. ستحقق هذه التحولات غايات هذه الأيديولوجية، لكنها ستشير بالتأكيد إلى التثاقف للناس، الذين ستشوه البيانات المكانية والاجتماعية والثقافية الجديدة مكان هويته إلى الأبد. توطين القوات العسكرية والمهاجرين من أوروبا في نسيج قائم، تم وضعه جنبا إلى جنب من قبل المهندسين العسكريين بطريقة خبيثة نسبيا، من أجل إنشاء مجتمعات من دول مختلفة من سكان أوروبا. يقوم دور الجيش على تخطيط سور المدينة تحصيناته وفتحاته العسكرية لبناء معدات أمنية (حصون وثكنات).. وهي تقع في مركز الاتصالات، وستكون قادرة بسهولة على توجيه القوات العسكرية إلى الجانب حيث سيكون وجودها ضروريا، أو تعزيزها، أو توفير المأوى لها إذا لزم الأمر لإعادة تكوين نفسها. وهكذا تم تعيين الجيش كمقاول رئيسي لجميع الأعمال الدفاعية اللازمة للاستعمار في الأراضي المختلطة والعسكرية. يجب حماية مكان قسنطينة من العدو بأساليب مختلفة من التحصينات في جيب محمى.

Colonial ideology was aimed at the emancipation of peoples considered as inferior. By imposing this ideology, socio-spatial metamorphoses would generate cultural, economic and mainly security breaches. These metamorphoses will accomplish the objectives of this ideology, but they will definitely mark the acculturation of a people, for whom the new spatial and socio-cultural data will forever deform its place of identity. The settlement of military troops and migrants from Europe into an existing fabric, juxtaposed established by military engineers in a relatively insidious manner, for the establishment of societies from different countries of the European population. The role of the army is based on the layout of the city wall, its fortifications and military openings, in order to build security equipment (forts and barracks). It is located in the center of communications to easily direct the military troops to the side where their presence will be necessary, reinforce them, or offer them shelter if necessary to reconstitute themselves. The army is thus designated as the prime contractor for all defensive work necessary for colonization for mixed and military territories. The place of Constantine should be protected from the enemy by various methods of fortifications in a protected enclave.

L’idéologie coloniale avait pour but l’émancipation des peuples qu’elle considérait inférieurs. Imposant ainsi, des métamorphoses socio-spatiales, qui engendreront des brèches culturelles, économiques et principalement sécuritaires. Ces métamorphoses accompliront les fins de cette idéologie, mais elles marqueront définitivement l’acculturation d’un peuple, pour qui les nouvelles données spatiales et socioculturelles déformeront à tout jamais son lieu identitaire. L’installation des troupes militaires et les migrants d’Europe dans un tissu existant, juxtaposés établis par le génie militaire d’une manière relativement insidieuse, pour l’établissement de sociétés de différents pays de la population européenne. Le rôle de l’armée repose sur les tracés de l’enceinte de la ville, ses fortifications et les ouvertures militaires, afin de construire des équipements de sécurité (les forts et les casernes). L’armée est ainsi désignée comme le maître d’oeuvre de tous les travaux défensifs nécessaires à la colonisation pour les territoires mixtes et militaires. La place de Constantine devrait être mise à l’abri de l’ennemi par de différentes modalités de fortifications dans une enclave protégée.
