المستخلص: تتغير وتتطور الأنساق المجتمعية نتيجة للفعل الإنساني وعلاقته بالمتغيرات التي تطرأ على المجتمع والبيئة من حوله. وتعتبر الأوبئة من العوامل التي تحدث تحولات متباينة في خصائص ووظيفة الفرد والمجتمع والدولة، وتؤثر في القرارات الاجتماعية والسياسية. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة تأثير جائحة كوفيد ١٩ على واقع الاستقرار الاجتماعي والسياسي من خلال اقترابات النظريات الاجتماعية والسياسية. بالإضافة لتحليل التأثير المتبادل لمظاهر الاستقرار الاجتماعي والسياسي. كالتكيف والتماسك والتضامن الاجتماعي والرضا عن أداء المؤسسات الاجتماعية والسياسية، ووظيفة المؤسسات الرسمية في حماية الأفراد والمجتمع من آثار الجائحة. وذلك من خلال استعراض رأي عينة من القطاع العائلي في مصر في تأثير الجائحة على الاستقرار الاجتماعي والسياسي. وقد خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة طردية ضعيفة بين الجائحة وحدوث عدم استقرار اجتماعي. كما خلصت الدراسة إلى أن استمرار الجائحة لفترة أطول سيؤدي إلى غياب الاستقرار السياسي ووقوع مظاهرات واحتجاجات؛ بسبب التداعيات الاقتصادية للجائحة، وعدم كفاية سياسات التكيف، خاصة في ظل وجود بوادر لمظاهر عدم الاستقرار السياسي خلال عام ٢٠٢٠.

Societal patterns change and develop as a result of human action and its relationship with the changes that occur in the community and the environment around it. Pandemics are among the factors that bring about varying transformations in the characteristics and function of the individual, society and the state, and affect social and political decisions. This study aims at analyzing the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the reality of social and political stability through the approaches of social and political theories. In addition to analyzing the mutual impact of manifestations of social and political stability. Such as adaptation, cohesion, social solidarity, satisfaction with the performance of political institutions, and the function of official institutions in protecting individuals and society from the effects of the pandemic. This is done by reviewing the opinion of a sample of household sector in Egypt on the impact of the pandemic on social and political stability. The results of the study concluded that there is a weak direct relationship between the pandemic and the occurrence of social instability. The study also concluded that the continuation of the pandemic for a longer period will lead to the absence of political stability and the occurrence of demonstrations and protests due to the economic repercussions of the pandemic and the insufficiency of adaptation policies, especially in light of signs of political instability during the year 2020.
