المستخلص: للمحاصيل الزراعية بشكل عام ومحصولي القمح والشعير بشكل خاص دور مهم في حياة الإنسان، كونهم يمثلان المادة الغذائية الرئيسة، وخاصة في مجتمعنا، لذلك نلاحظ توجه الدراسات بصورة كبيرة نحو دراسة المحصولين والتعرف على طبيعتهما والمشكلات التي تواجه زراعتهما. ومنها هذا البحث الذي تخصص بدراسة المشكلات الزراعية التي تواجه زراعة محصولي القمح والشعير في ناحية نفر. والتي تكونت من مقدمة ومحورين تمثل المحور الأول بالتعرف على المساحة والإنتاج والإنتاجية لمحصولي القمح والشعير في ناحية نفر خلال المدة (2010- 2019) ليكون قاعدة توضح التباين الزماني للمحصولين، والناتج عن جملة من المشكلات التي كونت المحور الثاني من البحث، حيث ظهرت هنالك مجموعة من المشكلات الطبيعية والبشرية كان لها دور واضح في تباين الإنتاج لمحصولي القمح والشعير، التي تم الحصول عليها بالاعتماد على استمارة الاستبانة التي وزعت على عينة البحث البالغة (33) استمارة نوضح بها هذا المجتمع. والتي أظهرت بأن أهم المشكلات هي مشكلة الموارد المائية وعدم كفاية الحصة المخصصة لمنطقة الدراسة، تأتي بعدها مشكلة ارتفاع أسعار البذور والأسمدة والمبيدات والنقل بشكل يثقل كاهل الفلاح يقابلها مشكلة عدم تسديد المستحقات المالية للمزارعين من قبل المؤسسات الحكومية ذات العلاقة. كل هذه المشكلات أدت إلى عزوف المزارعين عن العمل الزراعي، وختم البحث بمجموعة من الاستنتاجات والتي لحقت بمجموعة من المقترحات التي تحاول أن تعالج هذه المشكلات، ومن ثم قائمة للمراجع المعتمدة وملحق.

Agricultural crops in general and wheat and barley crops in particular have an important role in human life, Being the main food item, especially in our society, Especially in our society, so we note that studies are largely directed towards studying the two crops and identifying their nature and the problems facing their cultivation. Including this research, which specializes in studying the agricultural problems facing the cultivation of wheat and barley crops in the Nafar district, Which consisted of an introduction and two axes, representing the first axis to identify the area, production and productivity of wheat and barley crops in the Nafar district during the period (2010-2019) to be a base that shows the temporal variation of the two crops, The result of a number of problems that formed the second axis of the research, Where there appeared a set of natural and human problems that had a clear role in the variation in the production of wheat and barley crops, That was obtained by relying on the questionnaire that was distributed to the research sample of (33) forms by which we explain this community, Which showed that the most important problems are the problem of water resources and the insufficient share allocated to the study area, Then comes the problem of the high prices of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and transportation in a way that burdens the farmers, offset by the problem of non-payment of financial dues to farmers by the relevant government institutions. All these problems led to the reluctance of farmers to agricultural work. The research concluded with a set of conclusions, which were followed by a set of proposals that try to address these problems, And then a list of approved references and an appendix.
