|a تنصب هذه الدراسة حول الحماية القانونية للمعلومات والوثائق الإدارية المصنفة لأول مرة في ظل القانون رقم 21- 09 المؤرخ في 8 يونيو 2021 نظرا لأهميتها وحساسيتها، وضرورة تأمينها، ومنع تسريبها من خلال التدابير الوقائية وتجريم الأفعال التي تشكل اعتداء على سرية الوثائق وتقرير عقوبات جزائية لها، حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان أحكام القانون الجديد، وكيفية معالجته تأمين سرية المعلومات والوثائق المصنفة الصادرة من قبل السلطات العمومية.
