|a في خضم القلق المتزايد بشأن تطورات أسعار البترول وتداعياته على الاقتصاد الجزائري تأتي دراستنا لموضوع أثر تقلبات أسعار البترول على تصنيف المخاطر المالية في الجزائر، بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي تم الوقوف على أهم محددات أسعار البترول وآثارها على الاقتصاد العالمي، وكذا إبراز أهمية ومنهجية تصنيف الوكالات العالمية للمخاطر المالية التي تعد أحد مؤشرات خطر البلد. كما تتطرق هذه الدراسة إلى أسعار البترول ومؤشر المخاطر المالية في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2000- 2019، وكذا تحليل أثر تقلبات أسعار البترول على متغيرات الخطر المالي في الجزائر خلال هذه الفترة. وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة تشابكية بين استقرار المؤشرات المالية للاقتصاد الجزائري وقطاع الطاقة؛ جسدتها التأثيرات الكبيرة لانخفاض أسعار البترول على الكثير من المؤشرات المالية.
|b Amidst the growing concern about developments in oil prices and their repercussions on the Algerian economy, our study of the issue of the impact of oil price fluctuations on the classification of financial risks in Algeria comes to light, based on the descriptive and analytical approach, the most important determinants of oil prices and their effects on the global economy have been identified, as well as highlighting the importance and methodology of international agencies classification Financial risk, which is one of the indicators of country risk. This study also deals with oil prices and the financial risk index in Algeria during the period 2000-2019, as well as analyzing the impact of oil price fluctuations on the financial risk variables in Algeria during this period. This study concluded that there is an interrelation between the stability of the financial indicators of the Algerian economy and the energy sector. The large effects of the drop in oil prices reflected it on many financial indicators.
|d Dans le contexte d'inquiétude croissante concernant l'évolution des prix du pétrole et leurs répercussions sur l'économie algérienne, notre étude aborde le sujet de l'impact des fluctuations des prix du pétrole sur la classification des risques financiers en Algérie, en se basant à la fois sur une approche descriptive ainsi qu’une approche analytique et ce, en identifiant les déterminants les plus importants des prix du pétrole et leurs effets sur l'économie mondiale, en plus de mettre en évidence l'importance et la méthodologie de classification des risques financiers par les agences internationales qui sont considérées comme l'un des indicateurs du risque pays. Cette étude traite également les prix du pétrole et l'indice de risque financier en Algérie durant la période 2000-2019, ainsi analyse de l'impact des fluctuations des prix du pétrole sur les variables de risque financier en Algérie durant cette période Cette étude a conclu qu'il existe une corrélation entre la stabilité des indicateurs financiers de l'économie algérienne et le secteur de l'énergie. qui est incarnée par les effets importants de la baisse des prix du pétrole Sur de nombreux indicateurs financiers.
