المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة ضمن اطار وصفي تحليلي إلى تسليط الضوء على مدى مساهمة الصناعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في تعزيز مستهدفات التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر، كما تهدف إلى توضيح أبرز المعوقات التي تواجهها الصناعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر، وكذا اقتراح مجموعة من الميكانيزمات التي من شأنها تطوير أداء الصناعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة للعب دورها بفعالية في تحقيق مستهدفات التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر، ووفقا لهذا طرحنا التساؤل التالي: "ما هو واقع مساهمة الصناعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في تعزيز مستهدفات التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر؟ وما هي ميكانيزمات تطويرها لأداء هذا الدور بفعالية؟." وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن للصناعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة دورا لا يستهان به في تحقيق مستهدفات التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر بالرغم من وجود العديد من المعوقات التي تحد من نشاطها؛ فهي تساهم في توفير مناصب العمل وزيادة مستوى القيمة المضافة، بالإضافة إلى توفير الحاجيات الوطنية من السلع المختلفة مما ساهم في إحلال الواردات وزيادة الصادرات خارج المحروقات.

This study aims, in a descriptive and analytical framework, to highlight the extent of the contribution of small and medium-sized industries to improving the objectives of economic diversification in Algeria. It also aims to clarify the most important obstacles facing small and medium industries in Algeria. In addition, the study proposes a set of mechanisms that would develop the performance of small industries. Consequently, we asked the following question: "What is the reality of the contribution of small and medium-sized industries to the promotion of the objectives of economic diversification in Algeria? What are the mechanisms of their development to effectively fulfill this role?" This study revealed that small and medium-sized industries have an important role to play in achieving the objectives of economic diversification in Algeria, despite the presence of many obstacles that limit their activity. The latter helps to create jobs and increase the level of added value, in addition it meets the national needs of various products, which has contributed to the substitution of imports and the increase of non-hydrocarbon exports.

Cette étude vise, dans un cadre descriptif et analytique, à mettre en lumière l'ampleur de la contribution des petites et moyennes industries à l'amélioration des objectifs de diversification économique en Algérie. Elle vise également à clarifier les obstacles les plus importants auxquels sont confrontées les petites et moyennes industries en Algérie. En plus, l’étude propose un ensemble de mécanismes qui développeraient la performance des petites industries. En conséquence, nous avons posé la question suivante: "Quelle est la réalité de la contribution des petites et moyennes industries à la promotion des objectifs de diversification économique en Algérie? Quels sont les mécanismes de leur développement pour remplir efficacement ce rôle? ". Cette étude a révélé que les petites et moyennes industries ont un rôle important à jouer dans la réalisation des objectifs de diversification économique en Algérie, malgré la présence de nombreux obstacles qui limitent leur activité. Cette dernière, contribue à créer des emplois et à augmenter le niveau de valeur ajoutée, en plus elle répond aux besoins nationaux de divers produits, ce qui a contribué à la substitution des importations et à l'augmentation des exportations hors hydrocarbures.
