المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أهم الأطر الخبرية المستخدمة في معالجة أحداث الحراك الشعبي في الجزائر مطلع عام 2019 في قناة الجزيرة الإخبارية، من خلال تحليل عينة من نشرات "الحصاد"، حيث تم اعتماد منهج المسح بالعينة في إطار الدراسات الوصفية باستخدام أداة تحليل المضمون لتحليل عينة من هذه النشرات خلال فترة زمنية ممتدة من شهر فيفري 2019 إلى غاية شهر سبتمبر 2019. وخلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج عدة أهمها أن الخبر هو الشكل الإخباري الغالب لهذه النشرات، كما كشفت الدراسة أن معظم حالات الصراع الواردة ضمن هذه النشرات كانت لصالح فئة إطار "الاحتجاجات والمظاهرات الشعبية في الجزائر"، كما كشفت الدراسة أن أبرز الأسباب المذكورة كانت لصالح إطار "رفض الشعب ترشح الرئيس بوتفليقة لعهدة خامسة"، كما كشفت أن أبرز النتائج كانت لصالح إطار "إقالة رموز النظام ومتابعتهم قضائيا"، وأن معظم حالات ردود الأفعال الواردة ضمن عينة الدراسة تمثلت في إطار "مظاهرات واحتجاجات تندد بالأوضاع وتطالب بتغيير النظام".

This study aims to discover the main informative framings used in the treatment of the events relating to the uprising of the Algerian people (Hirak) in early 2019 on Al Jazeera TV through an analysis of samples of the newscast Al Hasad. A sample survey as part of descriptive studies and researches was adopted, using content analysis in order to analyse a casual sample of this newscast from February 2019 to September 2019. The study concluded to a set of results, the most important of which is that information is the most dominant informative format in this newscast. The study also revealed that: most of the conflict situations contained in this newscast were in favour of “popular protests and demonstrations in Algeria” framing; the main framings of the reasons were in favour of “the people refuse that President Bouteflika seeks a fifth term” framing; the main framings of the solutions were in favour of “departure of the symbols of the old regime” framing; the main results were in favour of “departure of the symbols of the old regime and their judiciary prosecution” framing; and most of the reaction cases contained in the sample of the study were in favour of ”protests and demonstrations denouncing the situation and demanding a change of regime” framing.

La présente étude a pour objectif de découvrir les principaux cadrages informatifs utilisés dans le traitement des événements du soulèvement populaire (Hirak) en Algérie au début de 2019 sur la chaîne Al Jazeera. La méthode d’enquête par sondage a été utilisée dans le cadre des études descriptives, en utilisant l’analyse de contenu d’un échantillon des bulletins d’information ‘Al Hassad’ durant la période allant de février 2019 à septembre 2019. L’étude a abouti à un ensemble de résultats dont le plus important est que les bulletins de nouvelles sont les formats les plus dominants. L’étude a également révélé que la plupart des situations de conflit contenues dans ces bulletins étaient en faveur du cadrage " protestations et manifestations populaires en Algérie", que les principaux motifs cités étaient en faveur du cadrage "le peuple refuse que le Président Bouteflika brigue un cinquième mandat", que les principales solutions proposées étaient en faveur du cadrage "départ des symboles de l’ancien régime", que les principaux résultats étaient en faveur du cadrage "départ des symboles de l’ancien régime et leur poursuite judiciairement " et que la plupart des réactions contenus dans l’échantillon de l’étude étaient en faveur du cadrage "des manifestations et protestations dénonçant la situation et exigeant un changement de régime"
