|a السياحة هي مجموعة الأنشطة التي يقوم بها الفرد الذي ينتقل من بلد إلى بلد آخر ويستمر وجوده بها إلى أكثر من يوم على الأقل، وقد عرفت السياحة مفهوم واسع فلم تعد مجرد نشاط ترفيهي بل أصبحت تمثل صناعة قائمة بذاتها تلعب دور مهم في التنمية الاقتصادية. لأجل ذلك احتلت السياحة مكانة هامة ضمن السياسة الاقتصادية للعديد من الدول سواء المتقدمة أو النامية، وهذا لما للسياحة من آثار إيجابية على اقتصاديات الدول، فهي من أكبر الصناعات نمواً في العالم، باعتبارها قطاع إنتاجي يلعب دوراً مهماً في زيادة الدخل الوطني، وتحسين ميزان المدفوعات، توفير مناصب شغل، الاستثمار، إضافة إلى ارتباطها بالكثير من القطاعات بسبب الطبيعة المركبة للسياحة مما يجعلها نشاطاً اقتصادياً بامتياز. لذلك سنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية التطرق للسياحة باعتبارها النفط الذي لا ينضب بتعريفها وتحديد مقوماتها، لنتناول بعدها الأهمية الاقتصادية لقطاع السياحة.

The concept of tourism is broadening, it is no longer just a recreational activity, but rather an independent industry that plays an important role in economic development. For this reason, tourism occupies an important place in the economic policy of many countries, whether developed or developing, this is due to the positive effects of tourism on the economies of the countries, because It is one of the most dynamic industries in the world. As a productive sector, it plays an important role in increasing national income and improving the balance of payments, provides jobs and investments. Due to its complex nature, tourism combines and complements other sectors, making it an economic activity par excellence. Through this paper, we will try to approach tourism as inexhaustible oil by defining it and determining its components. Then, we will discuss the economic importance of the tourism sector.
