| 520 | |a يهدف هذا المقال للتعريف بمنطقة القوقاز الجغرافية وأهميتها في استراتيجية الأمن القومي الروسي، معتمدين على مواثيق وتقارير مؤسسة لمنظمات إقليمية بين روسيا وجوارها الإقليمي، منها رابطة الدول المستقلة، منظمة معاهدة الأمن الجماعي، الاتحاد الاقتصادي الأوراسي، تسعى روسيا من خلال إنشائها إلى مساعدة هذه جمهوريات على الاستمرار في التعاون والعمل المشترك فيما بينها وتبين لنا من خلال تحليل مضمون هذه الوثائق، النتائج الأتية، سعي روسيا الدائم لاستعادة دورها في منطقة تشكل جوهر وامتداد لاستراتيجية أمنها القومي. خاصة منذ تولي "فلادمير بوتن" الحكم واعتماده على نهج الفيلسوف الروسي "أليكسندر دوغين" الذي يقر أن الجغرافيا الروسية الواسعة، تمنحها الكثير من القدرات والتقدم على الآخرين. لذا يجب التركيز على إحياء الإمبراطورية الروسية من خلال السيطرة على المناطق نفوذها السابق، كما استنتجنا أنها مستعدة لمواجهة تطلعات تدخل بعض القوى الإقليمية والدولية المتنافسة على منطقة صنفها المفكر الاستراتيجي ومستشار الأمن القومي الأمريكي "زبيغنيو بريجنسكي" على أنها رقعة شطرنج كبري توفر استمرارية للقوة الاقتصادية الأمريكية. |b This article aims at defining the geographical Caucasus region and its importance in Russia's national security strategy, based on the documents and reports of a regional organization between Russia and its regional neighborhood, including the Commonwealth of independent States, the Organization of the Treaty on collective Security, Eurasian Economic Union. Russia seeks, through its establishment, to help these republics continue to cooperate and work together and, by analyzing the content of these documents, the following results, Russia has always sought to restore its role in a region that constitutes the core and extension of its national security strategy. Especially since Vladimir Putin came to power and adopted by the Russian philosopher Alexander Dugen, who recognizes that Russia’s vast geography gives it a lot of capacity and progress. The focus should be on reviving the Russian empire by controlling the former zones of influence, and we concluded that it is ready to face the aspirations of some of the competing regional and international powers to intervene in a region classified by the strategic thinker and American National Security Advisor Zbigniew Brzezinski as a major chessboard that provides continuity to American economic power. |d cet article vise à définir la région géographique du Caucase et son importance dans la stratégie de sécurité nationale de la Russie, sur la base des documents et rapports d’une organisation régionale entre la Russie et son voisinage régional, y compris la Communauté des États indépendants, l’Organisation du traité sur la sécurité collective, l’Union économique eurasienne. La Russie cherche, par sa création, à aider ces républiques à continuer à coopérer et à travailler ensemble et, en analysant le contenu de ces documents, à obtenir les résultats suivants : La Russie a toujours cherché à rétablir son rôle dans une région qui constitue le noyau et l’extension de sa stratégie de sécurité nationale. Surtout depuis que Vladimir Poutine est arrivé au pouvoir et adopté par le philosophe russe Alexandre Dugen, qui reconnaît que la vaste géographie de la Russie lui donne beaucoup de capacité et de progrès. L’accent devrait être mis sur la renaissance de l’empire russe en contrôlant les anciennes zones d’influence, et nous avons conclu qu’il est prêt à faire face aux aspirations de certaines puissances régionales et internationales concurrentes d’intervenir dans une région classée par le penseur stratégique et conseiller à la sécurité nationale des États-Unis Zbigniew Brzezinski comme un échiquier majeur qui assure la continuité aux États-Unis puissance économique. | ||
