|a عرفت الهجرة غير الشرعية خلال السنوات الأخيرة انتشارا واسعا وشغلت الرأي العام العالمي، إذ أصبحت تشكل خطرا على معظم دول العالم المتقدمة منها ودول العالم الثالث العربية منها والإفريقية، وهذا لما تشهده هذه الظاهرة لقوارب الحرقة وزيادة أعداد المهاجرين غير الشرعيين. فالهجرة غير الشرعية هي تعبير عن مشاكل عالمية وهروب من ظروف مجتمعية اقتصادية أو اجتماعية أو سياسية وأمنية... الخ والتي قد تكون مرتبطة بالدول المستقبلة وجاذبة للمهاجرين أو مرتبطة بالدول الطاردة، حيت تدفع المهاجرين إلى تعريض حياتهم للخطر والمغامرة، فهذه الظاهرة ارتبطت بدوافع عديدة ومختلفة حسب ظروف ومناخ الدولة التي ينتمي لها المهاجرين، إضافة إلى تلك الآثار التي خلفتها على كل الأصعدة منها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية والأمنية وحتى على المهاجرين غير الشرعيين وعلى أسرهم. من خلال هذا المقال سوف نعالج ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية وتطورها في العالم الأوروبي والعربي والكشف عن العوامل الطاردة والجاذبة للهجرة غير الشرعية والمخاطر أو الآثار المترتبة عن هذه الظاهرة اقتصاديا واجتماعيا وسياسيا وأمنيا...الخ.
|b Illegal immigration has become widespread over the last few years and has occupied the world public opinion. It has become since, a threat to most of the world developed countries, including the Arab and African third world countries. This is what it has been experienced as the phenomenon of Harga and the increase in the number of illegal immigrants. Illegal immigration is a manifestation of global issues and an escape from economic, social, political, security societal conditions, etc., these latter may be related to the receiving countries by attracting immigrants or related to the expelling countries. It shoves immigrants to venture and risk their lives. This phenomenon was related to many different motives, according to the circumstances and climate of the country the migrants belong to, and the effects it had on all levels, such as economic, social, political, security, and even on illegal immigrants and their families. Through this article, we will address the phenomenon of illegal immigration and its development in the European and Arab world. We will disclose the repulsive and attractive factors for illegal immigration and the risks or consequences of this phenomenon economically, socially, politically, and security-wise...etc.
