|a من الأمور التي استحسنتها بعض المصادر التاريخية وأشادت بها، حتى وصفتها بالمحكمة هي الخطة المنسوبة إلى أبي بكر الصديق، والتي وضعها لأجل خلاص النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) من كيد المشركين وخطر ملاحقتهم له، ليلة الهجرة إلى يثرب، تلك الخطة التي تم وضعها على عجالة لضيق الوقت من جهة وضغط المشركين ومراهنتهم على عنصر المباغتة من جهة أخرى، هل كانت كفيلة بإنقاذ حياة النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) أم أن التدبير الإلهي هو الذي أبعد خطر المشركين وأفشل محاولاتهم للنيل من النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم)؟ ثم إلى أي مدى كان التخطيط البشري مؤثرا على سير الأحداث ومجرياتها، في خلاص النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم)؟ وما هو تقييم تلك الخطة من الناحية الاستراتيجية وإمكانية تطبيقها على أرض الواقع؟ ومن ثم إجراء مقارنة بين ما جاء في النصوص التاريخية حول هذا الموضوع وما ورد في القرآن الكريم من آيات تناولت الموضوع ذاته، للخروج بنتائج موضوعية معززة بالأدلة والبراهين العلمية تقربنا من حقيقة ما جرى في طريق الهجرة النبوية المباركة.

(Then to what extent was human planning influencing the course of events and their course, in the salvation of the Prophet (may God bless him and grant him peace)? What is the evaluation of that plan from a strategic point of view and the possibility of its implementation on the ground? And then a comparison was made between what was stated in the historical texts on this subject and the verses in the Holy Qur’an that dealt with the same subject, to come up with objective results backed by evidence and scientific proofs that would bring us closer to the truth of what happened on the path of the blessed Prophet’s migration.
