The current study aims at identifying the Mediating role of organizational identity in enhancing the impact of Entrepreneurial Team Characteristics, their dimensions (team knowledge, team positions, team diversity) on team cooperation. Three main hypotheses have been developed, including a number of sub-hypotheses to test the level of impact among research variables. The researcher adopted the cognitive interaction and descriptive analytical approach to the presentation, analysis and interpretation of research information The study was applied to the administrative Entrepreneurial in universities and civil colleges operating in central and southern Iraq, and the research community reached 587 leaders. The research used special statistical packages in the program (SPSS.V.27) and the program (Amos.V.26), results of natural distribution were extracted, the modeling of the structural equation, the stability factor, the arithmetic means, and the standard deviations. Relative importance, correlation matrix, and regression factor, The results of the study showed a correlation and impact between the leadership characteristics of the senior management team, the team's cooperation, and the organizational identity, and that the sense of engagement and attraction of senior leadership towards their colleges and universities would increase the level of influence of the leadership characteristics in cooperation of senior management teams in those colleges or civil universities. |
