المستخلص: الموضوع: سؤالات مهنا بن يحيى الشامي (ت٢٤٨) للإمام أحمد بن حنبل (ت٢٤١) في الرجال، جمعا وترتيبا. • الأهداف: - إبراز مكانة السؤالات للأئمة وما حوت من علم غزير ودقيق وتحرير لكثير من المسائل والآراء. - حفظ تراث الإمام أحمد وتقريبه. - جمع سؤالات مهنا للإمام أحمد في الرواة والرجال في موضع واحد. - تقريبها للاستفادة منها وموازنتها مع غيرها من السؤالات. - جعلها نواة للتوسع في تتبع ودراسة المنقول منها. - إظهار مكانة مهنا عند الإمام أحمد وبين أصحابه. *المنهج:  مقدمة، فيها: أهمية الموضوع وأهدافه والدراسات السابقة. ثم قسمته إلى فصلين:  الفصل الأول: ترجمة موجزة لمهنا الشامي والتعريف بسؤالاته. فيه مبحثان: الأول/ ترجمة موجزة لمهنا الشامي. وفيه مطالب: اسمه ونسبه، شيوخه، تلاميذه، نشأته، مكانته العلمية وثناء العلماء عليه. الثاني/ التعريف بسؤالات مهنا للإمام أحمد. وفيه مطالب: صحة نسبتها إليه وتسميتها، موضوعاتها، مكانتها، عددها.  الفصل الثاني: سؤالات مهنا الشامي (ت 248) للإمام أحمد (ت ٢٤١) في الرجال. وفيه مباحث: الأول/ الأسامي. الثاني/ الكنى. الثالث/ الألقاب. الرابع/ البلدان.  الخاتمة، وبها النتائج والتوصيات، ثم ثبت المصادر والمراجع، والفهارس الفنية. • أهم النتائج: - بلغ عدد الرواة والرجال في سؤالات مهنا: ١٤٦، وبلغت رواياتها: ١٦٠ أو أكثر. - إجابات الإمام حوت: أحكاما صريحة في أكثر من 80 رواية، وتعريفا بما يزيد على 30 رواية، وحكاية مهنا لآراء الإمام في 5 روايات، وغير ذلك. - دقة إجابات الإمام وأحكامه. - أظهرت حسن صحبة مهنا للإمام ومكانته وحرصه على الفائدة وسعة اطلاعه. • أهم التوصيات: ■ العناية بعلم السؤالات. ■ جمع تراث مهنا الشامي عن الإمام أحمد. ■ تقسيم السؤالات على العلوم، واستخراج المسائل الحديثية وتمييزها عن غيرها. ■ مقابلة سؤالات مهنا للإمام ببقية سؤالات الأصحاب، والموازنة بينها.

Research title: Questions of Muhanna ibn Yahya Ash-Shami (d. 248 AH / 855 CE) to Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal (d. 241 AH / 862 CE) Regarding Ar-Rijaal (Narrators of Hadith) Collection and Arrangement. Objectives: 1) Highlighting the status of the questions to the leading scholars of the religion and what they contained in terms of vast and sound knowledge and the settling of numerous issues and opinions. 2) Preserving the literary heritage of Imam Ahmad and elucidating it. 3) Collecting the questions of Muhanna to Imam Ahmad regarding narrators of Hadith and putting them in one place. 4) making it a core for future elaboration in tracking and studying them. 5) Illustrating the rank of Muhanna to Imam Ahmad and amongst his companions. Methodology: The introduction: It contained the importance of this research, its objectives, and the literature review. Then it was divided into the chapters: Chapter One: A brief biography of Muhanna Ash-Shami, and an introduction to his questions, which also contained two subchapters: a. One: A brief biography of Muhanna Ash-Shami. His name, lineage, teachers, students, upbringing, academic position and praise of the scholars upon him. b. Two: An introduction to the questions of Muhanna to Imam Ahmad. - Verifying its attribution to him, regarding the naming, topics, status and number. Chapter Two: The questions of Muhanna Ash-Shami (d. 248 AH) to Imam Ahmad (d. 241 AH) regarding the men (narrators of Hadith). It included the following subchapters: a. The Names. b. nicknames. b. surnames. d. countries. The Conclusion: It contains the research findings, recommendations, bibliography and technical indexes. The most important findings: The number of narrators of Hadith in the questions of Muhanna has reached: 127, while their narrations reached: 136 narrations. The answers of Imam Ahmad contained explicit rulings on more than 80 of them, with the identification of more than 30 of them, Muhanna's narration of Imam Ahmad's views which included 5 narrations and other than that. The accuracy of Imam Ahmad's answers and his rulings. It showed the virtuous companionship of Muhanna to Imam Ahmad, his status, his aspiration to benefit and his vast acquaintance. Recommendations: 1) Giving diligence to the science of asking questions to the leading scholars of the religion. 2) Collecting the literal heritage of Muhanna Ash-Shami upon Imam Ahmad. 3) Dividing the questions to the scholars into various sciences, extracting contemporary issues related to Hadith and distinguishing them from others. 4) Comparing the questions of Muhanna to the questions of the other companions of Imam Ahmad and collating them.
