المستخلص: ظهرت في الآونة الأخيرة بنوك حديثة تحمل معنى إنسانيا هدفها تخفيف معاناة المرضى وكبار السن وفئات أخرى ممن يفتقدون رعاية ذويهم لهم، ولا يستطيعون النفقة على أنفسهم، وهي فكرة يستثمر المشترك بها وقتا في أداء خدمة لغيره، قد يحتاجه يوما ما، لا تتطلب مالا بل إحساسا بالمسؤولية وإخلاصا في النية والعمل. فاخترت الحديث عن هذه البنوك المسماة ببنوك الوقت لبيان عمق وأصالة وخصوبة التشريع وقدرته على مواكبة التطورات في جميع المجالات والتي أثرت على الخارطة الاجتماعية، وذلك ببيان نشأة هذه البنوك، وأهميتها في العصر الحديث، ثم تكييفها الشرعي وموقف الشريعة من هذه البنوك، وبيان أثرها الإيجابي على المجتمعات الإسلامية في إعادة روح التكافل والتضامن الذي أوهنته المدنية المادية، وطغت عليه روح الأنانية المقيتة، وليصبح معلما اقتصاديا ينهض بالمجتمعات الإسلامية لأداء دورها في تعمير الأرض وتهيئتها للعيش الإنساني الكريم، وتحقيق الرفاهية والخير للناس كافة. متبعة منهجا وصفيا استقرائيا لتأصيل هذه المعاملة وتقعيدها، وبيان حكمها الشرعي. ثم ختمت البحث ببيان الدور الكبير لهذه البنوك في تعزيز روح التكافل والتضامن بين أفراد المجتمع، ودورها في استثمار طاقات الشباب ومواهبهم بأعمال تعود بالخير عليهم وعلى مجتمعاتهم. وأوصيت بإنشاء لجان ومؤسسات تشرف على إدارة وتأهيل كوادر بشرية لإدارة العمل بهذه البنوك، ودراسة الأنظمة التي تطورها كي تحفظ استمرارها وبقاءها.

Recently, modern banks have emerged in a humanity sense with focus on alleviating the suffering of the sick, the elderly and other categories of the vulnerable who lack being cared for by their people and who cannot afford supporting themselves financially. It is an idea where the investor is investing time in the service of others, which he may also need one day, it does not require money but a sense of responsibility and sincerity in faith and action. I chose to talk about these banks called time banks to show the depth, authenticity and richness of the legislation and its ability to keep pace with developments in all areas that have affected the social map, by showing the emergence of these banks, and their importance in the modern era, then their Shari'ah adaptation and the position of Shari'ah towards them. And to show their positive impact on the Islamic societies in restoring the spirit of cooperation and solidarity that has been weakened by materialistic civilization, and overshadowed by the spirit of abhorrent selfishness, and to become an economic milestone in advancing the Islamic societies to play their role in the global development and prepare them for a decent human life, and to achieve welfare and good for all people. This was done by following a descriptive and inductive approach aimed at rooting and establishing this transaction, and explaining its legal ruling. The researcher concluded by explaining the great role of these banks in promoting the spirit of cooperation and solidarity among the members of society, and their role in investing the energies and talents of young people with work that will benefit them and their communities. I recommend the establishment of committees and institutions to oversee the management and qualification of human cadres to manage the work of these banks, and study the systems that develop them to preserve their continuity and survival.
