هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف اقتصاد المعرفة ودورها في تنمية الاقتصاد الإسلامي في فلسطين وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصف التحليلي، وقاما بتصميم نموذج مقابلة لغرض جمع البيانات، من خلال مقابلة المعنين بالوزارات التالية (الأوقاف والشؤون الدنية، وزارة الاقتصاد الوطني، وزارة الاتصالات، أمناء المكاتب المركزية). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج كان من أهمها: تبني الحكومة الفلسطينية للعمل وفق اعتماد رؤية شاملة للنهوض بالاقتصاد الإسلامي. تعزيز ونشر ثقافة الاقتصاد الإسلامي بين رجال الأعمال والمهتمين في مجال الاقتصاد. زيادة اهتمام وزارة الشؤون الدينية الفلسطيني للوصول للطلبة الدارسين في مجال الاقتصاد، من خلال التواصل مع الجامعات والكليات لتعزيز الاقتصاد الإسلامي ضمن البرنامج التعليمي في كل الأقسام ذات العلاقة. وقد خلصت الدراسة لمجموعة توصيات أهمها: تعزيز مفهوم تقديم التغذية الراجعة بصورة منتظمة ودقيقة من المنصات الإلكترونية التي تعني بمجال الاقتصاد وتزويدها في المواد اللازمة لنشر وترسيخ الثقافة الإسلامية بما يخص الاقتصاد تحديدا. تعزيز توفير تطبيقات وأدوات وتقنيات تحفز لتطبيق الاقتصاد الإسلامي. خلق بيئة محفزة للتجار ورجال الأعمال والمختصين الذين يهتمون بمجال الاقتصاد نحو تطبيق الاقتصاد الإسلامي في فلسطين. إنشاء قسم خاص بالمكتبة المركزية تحتوي على كافة الأبحاث والدراسات التي تخدم العمل في الاقتصاد الإسلامي.
This study aimed to identify the knowledge economy and its role in the development of the Islamic economy in Palestine. The researchers used the analytical descriptive method, and designed an interview model for the purpose of data collection, by interviewing the stakeholders of the following ministries (Endowments and Religious Affairs, Ministry of National Economy, Ministry of Communications, central office secretaries). Among the most important findings of the study: Adoption of the Palestinian government to work according to the adoption of a comprehensive vision for the advancement of the Islamic economy. Enhancing and spreading the culture of Islamic economics among businessmen and those interested in the field of economics. Increasing the interest of the Palestinian Ministry of Religious Affairs to reach students studying in the field of economics, by communicating with universities and colleges to promote Islamic economics within the educational program in all relevant departments. The study concluded with several recommendations, the most important of which are: Enhancing the concept of providing regular and accurate feedback from electronic platforms that are concerned with the field of economics and providing them with the materials necessary for the dissemination and consolidation of Islamic culture with regard to the economy in particular. Enhancing the provision of applications, tools and techniques that stimulate the application of the Islamic economy. Creating a stimulating environment for traders, businessmen and specialists who are interested in the field of economics towards the application of Islamic economics in Palestine. Establishing a special section in the central library containing all research and studies that serve work in the Islamic economy.
