The objective of this research work is to question the adequacy of the criteria of the National Reference System for Quality Assurance in Algerian higher education (RNAQES) with the principles of the ISO 21001: 2018 standard relating to the MSOE; and we checked to what extent the achievement of the RNAQES criteria would make it possible to qualify for the ISO 21001 standard. Using the content analysis methodology, we studied the statements of the RNAQES criteria and identified for each criterion, the principle of the standard to which it corresponds. At the end of this study, we found that the RNAQES allows the relevant academic institution to claim an ISO standard. L’objectif de ce travail de recherche est d’interroger l’adéquation des critères du Référentiel National de l’Assurance Qualité dans l’enseignement supérieur algérien (RNAQES) avec les principes de la norme ISO 21001 :2018 relative au SMOE ; et vérifier dans quelle mesure la réalisation des critères du RNAQES permettrait de prétendre à la norme ISO 21001. A l’aide de la méthodologie d’analyse de contenus, nous avons analysé les critères du RNAQES et identifié pour chaque critère, le principe de la norme auquel il correspond. Au terme de cette étude, nous avons constaté que la mise en oeuvre du RNAQES permet à l’établissement universitaire concerné de prétendre à une norme ISO. |
