|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الفلسفة الذي أخذ أبعاداً معاصرة ومختلفة، والكشف عن بُعد الاهتمام بمشاكل الإنسان المعاصر، وبُعد التنظيم في ضم الجهود الفكرية والفلسفية، الذي يمنحها طابع الشمولية والعالمية والعمق والتغلغل في حياة الإنسان، وخاصة أن من القضايا التي تبحثها الفلسفة هي أزمة التنمية في الجزائر، بغية الكشف عن أسبابها التي يعزوها شريط إلى غياب نظرة شمولية يسميها بالأيديولوجية التي تسهم في تكوين الإنسان، والاعتماد عليه للخروج من الأزمة، والتي تمكن من تشخيصها في الأمية الأيديولوجية التي تطبع الإطارات والقادة والمثقفين، فلا تسمح لهم بشراء التنمية الجاهزة المتمثلة في الآلات والأجهزة والمعدات، وكثيراً ما تؤدي إلى والوقوع في مخالب الدول المصنعة. طرح شريط مشكلة التنمية في علاقتها بالإيديولوجية مبيناً بأن إيديولوجية التنمية الحقيقية اجتماعيًا واقتصاديًا وسياسياً تتوقف على نقل المعرفة لا على نقل المصانع؛ وهو ما يقصد به تنمية الإنسان اجتماعياً.
|b This study aims to know the role of philosophy, which has taken different cotemporary dimensions and to reveal the dimension of being interested in the problems of contemporary man, and the dimension of unifying intellectuals and philosophical efforts, which gives it its global and universal character of depth and penetration into human life, above all ,that one of the questions examined by philosophy is the crisis of development in Algeria , and to reveal the causes that Cheriet attributes to the absence of a holistic vision which is called the ideology which contributes to the formation of man, and depends on him to get out of the crisis, which Cheriet was able to diagnose in the ideological illiteracy which characterizes the executives ,leaders and intellectuals, and does not allow them to buy development entirely represented by machines, devices and equipment which often leads to fall into the claws of industrialized countries. Cheriet demonstrates that the ideology of real development is socially and economically related to ideology by demonstrating that it lies in the transfer of knowledge, not the transfer of factory, this is meant by human social development.
