المستخلص: لقد هدف هذا البحث إلى بيان أن التكفير عامة، والتكفير بالتأويل والإلزام خاصة، أمر خطير في الدين، عظيم الشأن، وتترتب عليه أحكام دنيوية وأخروية جمة.... فهو حكم شرعي ينبني على نص شرعي قطعي، وله ضوابط وشروط لابد من توافرها، وموانع لا مناص من انتفائها، فلا تجوز المجازفة فيه بغير برهان، ولا الإقدام عليه بدون دليل. وقد تضمن البحث- فيما تضمنه- مدخلا احتوى على جملة وافرة من أقوال علماء أعلام جهابذة عظام، في التحذير من التكفير عامة، والتكفير بالتأويل والإلزام خاصة.... وتضمن كذلك مبحثين اشتملا على بيان حقيقة الكفر عامة، لغة، وشرعا، وكفر التأويل والإلزام خاصة، ومرجع الخلاف في هذا النوع من التكفير، حيث إن أهم ما يرجع إليه مسألتان خلافيتان، هما: مسألة "هل يجوز كفر لا يدلنا الله تعالى عليه أم لا؟" ومسألة "هل لازم المذهب مذهب أم لا؟".... وانتهى البحث إلى جملة من النتائج المستخلصة من خلال ما تم عرضه ومناقشته في ثناياه. واستخدم فيه المنهج الوصفي، والتحليلي التركيبي، والاستقرائي، والنقدي، والمقارن... كل في موضعه، بحسب الحاجة.

The aim of this research is to show that takfir (accusation of blasphemy) in general, and takfir by interpretation and obligation in particular, is a serious matter in religion, of great importance, and it entails many worldly and hereafter ruling. It is a legal ruling that is based on a definitive legal text, and it has controls and conditions that must be met, and impediments that must be negated, so it is not permissible to take risks in it without proof, nor to take it without evidence. The research included-among other things- an introduction that contained a wealth of sayings of great genius scholars, in warning against takfir in general, and takfir by interpretation and obligation in particular. It also included two sections that included a statement of the reality of Kufr (blasphemy) in general, linguistically and legally, and kufr by interpretation and obligation in particular, and the reference for disagreement in this type of blasphemy. The most important things to which they refer are two controversial issues, namely : Is it a permissible blasphemy that which God Almighty does not show us to, or not permissible? Does a sect follow a madhab or it does not? The research ended with a set of results drawn from what was presented and discussed in it. The descriptive, synthetic-analytical, inductive, critical, and comparative methods were used in the research, each in its place, and according to the needs.
