المستخلص: تحدث البحث عن تطور المسارات في ظل الحديث عن الثروة النفطية اللبنانية بعد الإعلان عن أن اتفاق ترسيم الحدود البحرية الجنوبية مع فلسطين المحتلة في طريقه إلى التوقيع بعد أن حصل لبنان على ما طلبه وعلى التعديلات والملاحظات التي أراد إدخالها على المسودة الأمريكية النهائية. وتناول البحث تراجع لبنان عن المطالبة بالخط 29 الذي يضم حقل كاريش والذي أقره الجيش اللبناني بعد عملية مسح لمنطقة الحدود بتكليف من الحكومة اللبنانية، وقبوله بالخط 23 الذي يقسم حقل قانا وهو ما جعل "الكيان الصهيوني" شريك حقيقي في هذا الحقل ولو بطريقة غير مباشرة من خلال خدعة شركة توتال الفرنسية التي قيل إنها ستتولى الحفر والتنقيب والاستخراج من هذا الحقل، وستتولى أيضا دفع تعويض مالي لحكومة العدو. بدأ البحث بمقدمة تتناول حقيقة وجود الثروة النفطية والآمال اللبنانية المعلقة على حبل استخراج النفط للخروج من أزماته الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والمعيشية تبع المقدمة تعريف بالمنهج المتبع وأهمية اختيار الموضوع في ظل الواقع اللبناني، وإشكالية البحث وأهمية الدراسة والكلمات المفتاح. وقسم البحث إلى فصلين وأربعة أبواب، الفصل الأول تحدث عن حقيقة وجود الثروة النفطية في لبنان والمربعات العشر، والفصل الثاني تناول صراع الحقوق مع الكيان الصهيوني والحاجة الأوروبية للغاز بعد الأزمة الأوكرانية –الروسية. وخلص البحث إلى توصيات تؤكد على حقوق لبنان في وجه الأطماع الصهيونية، وتدعو للمحافظة على ثروته المكتشفة وحسن إدارتها لإخراج البلاد من أزماته وتسديد مديونيته. وختم البحث بالمصادر والمراجع التي تم الاستعانة بها

The research discussed the developments of paths in light of the talks regarding the Lebanese oil wealth following the agreement to demark the southern maritime borders with Occupied Palestine was announced to be on its way to be signed. The announcement came after Lebanon attained its demands and the amendments and remarks it requested were added to the final American draft. The research also dealt with Lebanon’s retraction of its demands of the line 29, which includes the Karish field previously acknowledged by the Lebanese army following the survey of the border area which was commissioned by the Lebanese government. The research also tackled Lebanon’s approval of the of line 23, which divides Qana field, rendering Israel an actual partner in this field, albeit indirectly through the trickery the of French Total company, which was said to carry out the oil exploration, drilling, and extraction from this field and which is to financially compensate the Israeli government. The research started with an introduction which addresses the reality of the existence of oil wealth and the Lebanese hopes pinned on the extraction of oil in order to emerge from its economic, social and subsistence crisis. The introduction was followed by identifying the methodology and the significance of the choice of the topic in light of the current conditions in Lebanon, indicating the research problem and significance of the study, in addition to listing the key words of the research. The research was divided into two parts and four chapters. The first part dealt with the reality of the existence of the oil wealth in Lebanon and the ten blocks, while the second part dealt with the conflict of rights with the Zionist entity and the European need for gas following the Ukrainian-Russian crisis. The research reached certain recommendations which affirm the rights of Lebanon in face of the Zionist greedy ambitions and calls for the preservation of its discovered wealth and for the proper management in order to help the country emerge from its crises and pay off its debts. The research concluded with a list of the references and resources which were employed.
