المستخلص: تعرف حياتنا المعاصرة في بلادنا العربية والإسلامية، انقلابا حقيقيا وجذريا في شتى المجالات، بسبب ما تعرفه البشرية من تطور علمي وتقني (تكنلوجي) متسارع ورهيب، على المستويات، السياسية، والاقتصادية، والفكرية والثقافية، والعلمية وغيرها، وهذا التطور يسير باتجاهين مختلفين، أحدهما مفيد والثاني مهلك. المفيد منه، هو كل ما يرتكز على مبادئ العلوم ومناهجها وآلياتها، والعمل على الوصول إلى تحقيق أهدافها وغاياتها التي قامت عليها، تسهيلا لحياة الإنسان على الأرض، مصداقا لحكمة الخلق، التي أشار إليها ربنا عز وجل بقولة: (وَمَا خَلَقۡتُ ٱلۡجِنَّ وَٱلۡإِنسَ إِلَّا لِيَعۡبُدُونِ) [الذاريات: 56] بينما الثاني يستعين بهذا التطور لإفساد حياة الإنسان، وإنزاله إلى مستوى البهيمية الحيوانية، خاصة إذا عرفنا أن أعداء الإسلام يتخذون من الغزو الفكري، أداة هدامة ومعولا محطما، بحكم امتلاكهم لهذا التطور العلمي والتقدم فيه على غيرهم. ويضاف إليه ابتعاد شعوبنا العربية الإسلامية في بعض الأحيان عن منهج الله تعالى وطريقه المستقيم، وهو ما يشكل تحديا حقيقيا لاستقرار بلداننا، وخطرا مدمرا مستقبلا، وزحفا رهيبا عبى تقاليدنا مقومات ديننا، إن لم يتداركنا الله تعالى برحمته، وهذا المكر الإبليسي يتعاظم ويتنامى يوما بعد يوم، مصداقا لقوله تعالى: (وَيَمْكُرُونَ وَيَمْكُرُ اللَّهُ وَاللَّهُ خَيْرُ الْمَاكِرِينَ) [الأنفال: 30] ويزعم عدد معتبر من الناس، ممن تنتمي إلى أهل العلم وغيرهم، أن علم الكلام علم غير نافع، وأن هذا العلم غير مفيد في زماننا تدريسه، وأن علماء الكلام أبعد عن معرفة الواقع الذي يعيشه الناس، بل غل بعضهم، حتى ذكر أنهم لم يكن لهم دور إيجابي في نشر الإسلام وبيان حقائقه، بناء على أن أدلتهم المستخدمة في مجالسهم العلمية تؤول إلى التجريد، وتبتعد كثيرا عن واقع حياة الناس، فهل هذا الزعم صحيح؟ أم أنه مغالطة من مغالطات خصومهم؟

The topic of my research falls within the context of preserving our civilizational heritage (scientific, cultural and intellectual), which was built by our honorable scholars, in response to the attempts of the enemies of Islam to weaken our Arab and Islamic world by various approaches and means, and to spread their ideas among the members of our societies, with the dangerous philosophies they created on the intellectual level, such as modernity and secularism. Permissiveness, nihilism, and others, in addition to what the great powers aim at the political and economic levels, such as global Zionism, and attempts to Christianize and Judaize. Research problem: Some people, who belong to the scholars and others, claim that the science of speech is a useless science, and that it is not useful to teach it in our time, and that the scholars of speech are far from knowing the reality in which people live. Its facts, based on the fact that their evidence used in their scientific councils leads to abstraction and is far removed from the reality of people's lives. Is this claim true?, Or is it a fallacy of their opponents?, especially those who belong to the so-called transitional school as opposed to the rational school - as some like to call it - if this expression is correct. basing on this, On this basis, some questions related to this science branched out from this problem, and how do we benefit from it in our time, by benefiting from the skills of analysis and discussion of issues? and the method of argumentation and criticism of opponents’ arguments with the logic of reason and transmission, and activating that in our living reality. The motives for choosing this topic are many, including : an attempt to activate the life of a Muslim in our time to master this science and to employ those skills for our scholars in line with the very accelerated scientific and technological developments of our time; Among those methods: their accuracy in proving the prophethood of the Prophet and responding at the same time to the enemies of Islam who challenge it, inside or outside the Arab and Islamic countries. As well as the subject of the Imamate, and how to benefit from it in responding to the way the affairs of government are conducted in our contemporary time, and other important issues related to public affairs; This importance was mentioned by Imam Shihab al-Din al-Qarafi in his book al-Dakhira: «I saw an answer to Abu Hanifa in words, with which Malik wrote to him that you are talking about the fundamentals of religion, and that the predecessors were not talking about it; He replied: The predecessors - may God be pleased with them - were not innovations that appeared in their time, so moving the answer to them was an invitation to show what is a great evil pursuit, so it was left; And in our time heresies appeared, so if we were silent, we would have decided the heresies, so the situation parted.
