|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس العلاقة بين نظم المعلومات الإدارية وعملية اتخاذ القرار في الإدارة المحلية، وذلك بغرض تحديد مدى فاعلية نظام المعلومات المطبق في المؤسسة من حيث قدرة النظام على توفير المعلومات والبيانات التي يحتاجها صانع القرار بما يمكن من توفير السرعة والدقة في اتخاذ القرار الإداري، وذلك بالاعتماد على نظم تكنولوجيا المعلومات وشبكات الاتصالات الحديثة لما توفره هذه التكنولوجيا من كفاءة في نقل البيانات والمعلومات بين تقسام وفروع المؤسسة من جهة، وكذا قدرة هذه التكنولوجيا على معالجة البيانات وتخزينها واسترجاعها في الوقت المناسب من جهة ثانية، وهو ما يمكن صانع القرار من تحقيق الكفاءة والفاعلية في اتخاذ القرارات وحل المشكلات في أسرع وقت ممكن.
|b The purpose of this study is to measure and describe the relationship between management information systems and the decision making process in the local administration, in order to determine the effectiveness of the information system applied in the organization in terms of the ability of the system to provide the information's and data needed by the decision maker to provide speed and accuracy in administrative decision making, and Based on information's technology systems and modern communication networks, because of the efficiency of this technology in the transfer of data and information's between the divisions and branches of the organization, as well as the ability of this technology to process data storage and retrieval in a timely manner too, and that can help the decision maker to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in decisions-making and problems-solving as soon as possible.
