|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الذي يمكن أن تلعبه الشراكة الأجنبية في تنمية قدرات صناعة النسيج الوطنية، كون هذه الاستراتيجية من بين أحسن طرق الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، ومن بين أهم قنوات نقل التكنولوجيا والخبرات والأساليب الإدارية الحديثة. لذا قامت الجزائر في إطار مخطط دعم وتطوير صناعة النسيج الوطنية، بإبرام عدة اتفاقيات شراكة مع مؤسسات من دولة تركيا. ولعل من أهمها الاتفاقية التي أبرمتها مع شركة طيبة حول إنجاز أكبر مجمع للنسيج بإفريقيا (مجمع تايال).
|b This study aims to Highlight the role that the foreign partnership can play in the development of the national textile industry capabilities, as this strategy is among the best methods of foreign direct investment, and among the most important channels of technology transfer, expertise and modern management methods. Therefore, Algeria, within the framework of the scheme to support and develop the national textile industry, has concluded several partnership agreements with institutions from the state of Turkey. which the most important is the agreement concluded with the Taiba Company on the realization of the largest textile group in Africa (the Tayal group).
