المستخلص: The banks and financial institutions sought to adopt new concepts in a desire to attract a large percentage of customers, and this is what makes them It is looking for variants ways and strategies to achieve his satisfaction. The development of technology has led the Algerian banks to invest gradually in new information and communication technologies (ICT). From there, technological innovations within the bank became a necessity. Indeed, a program of modernization, development and the initiation of new means of payment (interbank cards) has been implemented by Algerian banks.

Les banques et les institutions financières ont cherché à adopter de nouveaux concepts dans le but d'attirer un grand pourcentage de clients. Le développement de la technologie a amené les banques algériennes à investir progressivement dans les nouvelles technologies. A partir de là, des innovations technologiques au sein de la banque est devenu une nécessité, en effet, un programme de modernisation, de développement et l’initiation de nouveaux moyens de paiement a été mis en oeuvre par les banques algériennes.
