المستخلص: هذا بحث بعنوان: الحنيفية، مفهومها ومقوماتها، للباحث: سلطان بن عالي بن علي السفياني. وهو بحث يهدف إلى بيان معنى الحنيفية من خلال النصوص الشرعية، ومحاولة تصنيف المعاني الواردة لهذا المصطلح. ثم قام الباحث ببيان مقومات الحنيفية، وهي الأوصاف التي لابد من تحققها ليصح الوصف بالحنيفية. ثم ختم الباحث ببيان علاقة نبي الله إبراهيم عليه السلام هذا المصطلح؛ وذلك لارتباط اسمه به قديما وحديثا. وقد توصل الباحث من خلال بحثه إلى عدة نتائج، أهمها: تعدد تفسيرات الحنيفية عند العلماء رحمهم الله؟ نظرا لتعدد السياقات التي ورد فيها هذا المصطلح، وأنه يعتبر من قبيل اختلاف التنوع لا اختلاف التضاد، ولذلك فإن التفسير العام للحنيفية يشملها جميعها، وأن للحنيفية مقومات وأسس تبنى عليها، من حققها فقد استحق أن يوصف بأنه حنيف، ومن أخل بها فإما أن ينتفي عنه وصف الحنيفية بالكلية، كمن أشرك بالله تعالى، وإما أن ينقص تحقيقه للحنيفية، كمن ابتدع في دين الله تعالى بدعة غير مكفرة، ومناقضة الحنيفية للدعوات التي تدعو إلى جمع الإسلام بغيره من الأديان المخالفة له، كالإبراهيمية ونحوها. ومن أهم توصيات البحث: أهمية العناية بتحرير المصطلحات الشرعية، وبيان مراد الشارع الحكيم منها، وأهمية عناية العلماء وطلبة العلم ببيان مقومات المصطلحات الشرعية، والتي بتحقيقها يصح إطلاق الوصف بالمصطلح الشرعي من عدمه، وأنه ينبغي الحذر من الدعوات المشبوهة التي تدعو إلى جمع الإسلام بغيره من الديانات، وأن هذه الدعوات مناقضة بشكل واضح وصريح للحنيفية.

This is a research entitled: Al-Hanaifiyyah, its concept and its components, by the researcher: Sultan bin Aali bin Ali Al-Sufyani It is a research aimed at clarifying the meaning of the Hanifiyyah through the legal texts, and an attempt to classify the meanings of this term. Then the researcher explained the elements of Hanifism, which are the descriptions that must be verified in order for the description to be correct. Then the researcher concluded by explaining the relationship of the Prophet of God Ibrahim, peace be upon him, with this term; This is due to the association of his name with it, ancient and modern. Through his research, the researcher reached several results, the most important of which are: The many interpretations of Hanifiyyah according to the scholars, may God have mercy on them; Due to the multiplicity of contexts in which this term was mentioned, and that it is considered a difference of diversity, not a difference of contradiction, and therefore the general interpretation of Hanifism includes all of them, and that the Hanifiyyah have components and foundations upon which it is built, whoever achieves it deserves to be described as Hanif, and whoever violates it is either negated from it. Describing the Hanifiyyah in totality, as one who associates with God Almighty, or his fulfillment of the Hanifiyyah is lacking, as one who innovates in the religion of God Almighty an innovation that does not disbelieve, and the Hanifiyya contradicts the calls that call for uniting Islam with other religions that contradict it, such as Abrahamism and the like. Among the most important recommendations of the research: The importance of taking care of editing legal terminology, clarifying what the wise legislator intended from it, and the importance of the scholars and students’ attention to clarifying the components of legal terminology, which by achieving it is correct to describe the legal terminology or not, and that one should beware of suspicious calls that call for the union of Islam with other religions, and that These calls are clearly and explicitly contradictory to Hanifia.
