المستخلص: الدعوة إلى الله أشرف الأعمال وهي وظيفة المرسلين عليهم الصلاة والسلام بعثهم الله تعالى لهداية الخلق، وأحكام الدعوة وآدابها لم تكن تخفى على العلماء وتناقلوها من خلال تفسير القرآن العظيم وشروح الأحاديث وقد كان السلف يضمنون مسائل الدعوة والأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر كتب العقائد والأحكام ومنها يتعلمون كيف يدعون إلى الله على بصيرة ويأمرون بالمعروف وينهون عن المنكر على ما توجبه الشريعة. وفي العصر الحاضر ومن قرابة مائة عام نشأت كتابات وأبحاث وطبعت محاضرات ومذكرات وتجارب في مجال الدعوة وتنوعت اتجاهات كاتبيها ومقاصدهم، حيث كتبت وفق انتماءات كاتبيها وأهوائهم بما يؤكد الحاجة إلى رد ذلك إلى أصل صحيح يبنى عليه التصنيف في مجال الدعوة، ولذلك فإن هذا البحث يسعى من خلال المنهج الاستقرائي إلى تتبع التصنيف في مجال الدعوة ونشأته وسماته وأنواعه. وخلص البحث إلى أنه لم يعرف للسلف تصنيف في الدعوة استقلالا كما هو في العصر الحاضر، وقد تبين من البحث أن ما اصطلح عليه اليوم بعلم الدعوة من العلوم الحادثة التي لم تكن محل تصنيف من العلماء المتقدمين وإن كان هناك تصنيفات في بعض وسائلها حيث كان للعلماء عناية في التصنيف في أساليب الدعوة كالوعظ والتذكير والقصص والجدل والمناظرة، كما خلص البحث إلى أن التصنيف في علم الدعوة ينبغي أن يكون لقصد صحيح وأن يكون مصدره الكتاب والسنة، وغايته الدعوة إلى الله تعالى لا إلى غيره

The da’wah to Allah is the most honorable of deeds, and it is the main job of messengers, peace be upon them, who are sent by Allah to guide creation. The rules of D’awah weren’t hidden to the scholars, they used to pass them through interpretation of holly Quran words, and explanation of Hadith. Al Salaf used to include D’awah matters and promoting virtues and preventing vice in religious books, and through that they learnt how to teach people what is right and forbidden, and what is wrong according to what is required by Sharia. In the present era, and for nearly a hundred years, writings and research have arisen, and lectures, memoranda, and experiments have been published in the field of da’wah. In the present era, nearly a hundred years, writings and research have arisen, and lectures, memoranda, and experiments have been published in the field of da’wah, with different paths and approach by the writers, they’re written according to writers affiliations and tendencies which confirm the needs to turn these interpretations to the right origin which the classification of D’awah has been built on. Therefore this research will trace the classification in the field of da’wah, its origin, characteristics and types, through inductive method, as Al salaf did not know an independent classification in da’wah as it is in the present era. The research showed that what has been called D’wah these days, is a new science which hadn’t been classified by old scholars, except the classification of D’awah means, in which the scholars were interested in D’awah methods such as preaching, reminders, stories, controversy and debate. The research conclude to the classification of Al D’awah science should be to the right intent, and the source of that must come from the holly Quran and Sunnah, with the purpose of al D’wah to no God but Allah.
