Abstract: ظهرت على الساحة العلمية أسماء لامعة تميزت برصيد تأليفي معرفي مدرار، من بينها المؤرخ الأستاذ الدكتور ناصر الدين سعيدوني، الذي اكتسح ساحة التاريخ واعتبر رائد الدراسات العثمانية، فنشرت جل أعماله العلمية لتكون متاحة لمن يسعى إلى نهل المعرفة منه. لكن عطاءه العلمي لا ينضب، حيث عثرنا على تأليف له ظل مجهولا، فلم يذكر من قبل لا في سيرته العلمية المعروفة، ولا في أية بحوث سابقة، وهو تأليف موسوعي لمادة "الجزائر" ومادة حياة "محمد باشا بن عبد القادر بن محي الدين الجزائري" في الموسوعة الإسلامية (باللغة التركية)، تأليف يمثل البدايات الأولى لعطائه التاريخي الذي يعود إلى عام 1990م.

Brilliant names appeared on the scientific scene, distinguished by a rich composition of knowledge, among them the historian Dr. Nasser Eddin Saidouni, who was considered the pioneer of Ottoman studies, so most of his scientific works have been published to be accessible to those who seek to obtain knowledge from him. But his scientific gift is inexhaustible, because we found a composition of him which remained unknown, and it was not mentioned before, neither in his well-known scientific biography, nor in any previous research, and it is an encyclopedic composition from the article "Algeria" and the article from the life of "Mohammed Pasha bin Abdul Qader bin Mohi Al-Din Al-Jazaery." In the Islamic Encyclopedia (In Turkish) Writings representing the first beginnings Due to its historical heritage, which dates back to the year 1990.
