المستخلص: اقتضت طبيعة البحث أن يقسم إلى مقدمة ومبحثين وخاتمة المبحث الأول: هو (التمثيل مفهومه، وأقسامه، وأركانه) وجاء تحته مطالب هي: المطلب الأول: (معنى القياس وإطلاقاته)، عرفت القياس لغة واصطلاحا. المطلب الثاني: ذكرت أقسامه وبينت أنه ينقسم إلى ثلاثة أقسام: القياس التمثيلي، وقياس الشمول، وقياس الأولى. أما الأول وهو قياس التمثيل: عرفته وذكرت له مثالا يبين المراد منه، والثاني قياس الشمول (القياس المنطقي المشهور) وهذان القياسان لا يجوز استخدامها في حق الله بل الثالث وهو: قياس الأولى (يسمى عند الأصوليين: القياس الجلي) ثم بينت الفرق بين قياس التمثيل وقياس الشمول من جهة الأسلوب، ومن جهة إفادة الظن أو اليقين. المطلب الثالث: ذكرت فيه أركان القياس مع ذكر أمثلة للتوضيح. المطلب الرابع: ذكرت فيه أنواع التمثيل باعتبار إفادته اليقين من عدمه وقسمته إلى قسمين: الأول: ما يفيد القطع بالحكم وذلك بثلاثة شروط، والثاني: ما يفيد الظن بالحكم. والمبحث الثاني: تحدثت فيه عن نماذج من قياس التمثيل فذكرت الآيات التي ورد بها قياس التمثيل وبينت ما أضافه هذا التمثيل من معان وردت بآيات التنزيل. ثم الخاتمة، وأهم النتائج، ثم المصادر والمراجع ورتبتها على الحروف الهجائية.

The nature of the research required that it be divided into an introduction, two researchers and a conclusion. The first topic is: (representation is its concept, its sections, its pillars) and there are demands under it The first requirement: (the meaning and releases of measurement), the measurement was defined as a language and terminology. The second requirement: its sections stated and indicated that it is divided into three sections: representative measurement. Measure coverage, and measure the first. The first is the measurement of representation: I knew it and gave him an example of what it was meant to do, and the second was to measure inclusion (the famous logical measurement) and these two measurements should not be used against God but the third: the measurement of the first (called when fundamentalists: the obvious measurement) and then showed the difference between measuring representation and measuring coverage in terms of method, and in terms of benefiting suspicion or certainty. The third requirement: I mentioned the pillars of measurement with examples of clarification. The fourth requirement: it mentioned the types of representation, considering its statement of certainty of its absence and dividing it into two parts: the first: what benefits the pieces of judgment by three conditions, and the second: what is useful to think about the judgment. The second topic: I talked about models of measurement of representation, so I mentioned the verses in which the measurement of representation was mentioned and showed the added of this representation of the contents received by the download verses. Then the conclusion, the most important results, then the sources and references and their rank on the alphabet.
