المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى مناقشة تيار التطرف الاعتقادي في العصر الحديث، وخاصة ظاهرة التكفير على اعتبار أنها تعد من أهم وأخطر مظاهر الغلو والتطرف الاعتقادي التي حاولت أن تهدم النظم الدينية، والاجتماعية، والاقتصادية في العالم الإسلامي، وغير الإسلامي، ومما يدل على ذلك أن من ينظر في التاريخ الإنساني يسهل عليه أن يلاحظ ويرى ألوانا من التطرف والغلو، وأن يعرف أن فترات الغلو والتطرف تعد النقاط السوداء في تاريخ البشرية التي أنهكت قواها، وشلت عزيمتها على مر العصور، وحتى اللحظة الراهنة التي نعيش فيها، لذا كان من الضروري الوقوف على هذا التيار السلبي، ومحاولة بيان أسبابه، وعلاجه في ضوء القواعد الإسلامية، والجدير بالذكر أنني قمت أولا: بعرض مجمل لمفهوم الغلو والتطرف الاعتقادي التي تعد القاعدة الأولى التي يجب الانطلاق منها لعرض ظاهرة التكفير، ثم انطلقت منها لعرض ظاهرة التكفير، وجذورها، وأهم مظاهرها، ثم قمت ببيان أثر الغلو والتطرف الاعتقادي قديما وحديثا، وأهم الاتجاهات المتطرفة الحديثة التي قامت عليه كالتيار الداعشي المتطرف، مع بيان أسباب الغلو الاعتقادي، وعلاجها، على اعتبار أنها تعد بعينها أسباب ظاهرة التكفير. وقد كان من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها: أن التطرف الفكري والعقدي يعد نتاجا لاختلال فكر لإنسان وعقله، والخروج عن الوسطية والاعتدال في فهم المسائل والقضايا العقدية الإسلامية الصحيحة، هذا علاوة على أن الغلو والتطرف الموجود الآن، والذي يتمثل في تكفير المسلمين وقتلهم، وحمل السلاح عليهم، هو بعينه أسلوب ومنهج الخوارج الذين ظهروا قديما، أو الذين كانوا على عهد الإمام علي بن أبي طالب -رضي الله عنه- وقد كان من أهم توصيات البحث: نشر الفكر الإسلامي الوسطي الصحيح بين الشعوب والأمم، مع تكاتف الدول والمجتمعات مع بعضها من أجل التصدي لهذا التيار المنحرف، والقضاء عليه، حتى يعم الأمن والسلام بين الشعوب.

This research aims to discuss the trend of ideological extremism in the modern age; especially the phenomenon of takfir on the grounds that it is one of the most important and most dangerous manifestations of exaggeration and ideological extremism that tried to destroy the religious, social, and economic systems in the Islamic and non-Islamic world. This is evidenced by the fact that it is easy for those who look at the human history to notice and see forms of extremism and exaggeration, and to know that periods of exaggeration and extremism are the black points in the human history that have exhausted its forces and crippled its resolve throughout the ages, and until the present moment in which we live. Therefore, it was necessary to scrutinize in that trend, try to explain its causes, and treat it in the light of the Islamic rules. It is worth mentioning that we, firstly, made a general presentation of the concept of exaggeration and ideological extremism; which is our first basis to present the phenomenon of takfir, then we depended on it to present the phenomenon of takfir; its roots and its most important manifestations, then we explained the impact of exaggeration and ideological extremism (in both ancient and modern eras), and the most important modern extremist trends that were based on them, such as the extremist group Da'esh (ISIS); with an explanation of the causes of ideological extremism and its treatment, given that they are the specific causes of the phenomenon of takfir. One of the most important results reached is that intellectual and ideological extremism is the result of a disorder in the intellect and mind of a human being, and of a departure from averageness and moderation in understanding the correct Islamic doctrinal subjects and issues. This is in addition to the fact that exaggeration and extremism that exist now, which are represented by labeling Muslims disbelievers (Takfir), killing them, and bearing arms over them, is in itself the method of the Kharijites (Khawarij) who appeared in the past; during the era of Imam Ali bin Abi Talib (may Allah Be Pleased with him). Hence, one of the most important recommendations of the research is spreading the correct moderate Islamic thought among peoples and nations, along with states and societies joining hands with each other in order to confront and eliminate this deviant trend, so that security and peace prevail among peoples.
