كشف الباحث من خلال إجراءات البحث والمعايشة الميدانية في مؤسسات صناعية ذات أنشطة مختلفة تأثر إنتاجية العاملين نتيجة تعرضهم لمستويات ضوضاء صاخبة صادرة من المعدات والماكينات وخطوط الإنتاج المتهالكة، فضلا عن عدم امتثال المؤسسات لقواعد السلامة المهنية وتنظيم أماكن العمل بتوزيع الماكينات وتقسيم أماكن العمل باستخدام عوازل الصوت المناسبة. وتكمن أهمية البحث في اقتراح بعض القواعد والإرشادات للاستدلال بها في حل مشكلة الضوضاء والحد من تأثيراتها السلبية على العاملين وإنتاجيتهم وتوفير معلومات من شأنها التوعية والتعريف بمشاكل الضوضاء وتأثيرها على العاملين وأهمية الالتزام بقواعد السلامة المهنية للوقاية من أضرارها. واعتمد البحث في دراسة الحالة على قياس مستوى الضوضاء في خمسة مؤسسات صناعية مختلفة باستخدام جهاز قياس الصوت وتحليل تلك القياسات باستخدام برنامج الاكسيل للوصول لمنحنيات تعبر عن النتائج، كما قام الباحث باستخدام أداة الاستبانة وبطاقات ملاحظة الأداء وإجراء بعض المقابلات الشخصية لبعض مسؤولي السلامة المهنية ومديري الإنتاج في تلك المؤسسات. وأخيرا استنتج البحث علاقة ما بين مستويات الضوضاء المختلفة ومعدلات الإنتاجية وعلاقة ما بين مستويات الضوضاء والتأثيرات الصحية وقد ساهمت هذه العلاقات في وضع المقترحات والحلول.
Through the procedures of the current research and field living in industrial firms with different activities, the researcher has found that the productivity of workers was affected by noise levels of equipment, machines and depreciated production lines, as well as non-application of the safety rules and organization of workplaces by making good layout of the machines and dividing workplaces using insulation sound appropriate. And dividing workplaces using appropriate sound insulation. The importance of research is to propose some rules and guidelines for solving the problem of noise and reducing its negative effects on workers and their productivity and providing them the information that will raise awareness and knowledge of noise problems and their impact on workers and the importance of complying with safety rules to prevent its damage. The case study was based on measuring the noise level in five different industrial firms using the voice measurement device and analyzing of these, measurements using the Axel program to obtain charts and curves for expressing the results. The researcher also used the questionnaire tool, the observation sheets and interviews with some people who responsible for safety and production managers in those institutions. Finally, the study concluded a relationship between different noise levels and productivity rates, and the relationship between noise levels and health effects. These relationships contributed in the development of proposals and providing the solutions.
