المستخلص: تشهد ليبيا حالة من عدم الاستقرار السياسي نتيجة تزايد العنف المسلح والمعارك بين مختلف الميليشيات القبيلة المسلحة وقوات حكومة الوفاق الوطني الليبي، ورغم دعوات الأمم المتحدة لوقف القتال في أماكن النزاع من أجل السماح بمواجهة وباء كورنا المستجد، لا تزال المعارك متواصلة على كامل التراب الليبي، نتيجة طبيعة المجتمع الليبي الذي يتميز بطابعه القبلي من جهة، والتدخل الأجنبي المتباين لدعم أطراف الصراع من جهة أخرى، من أجل السعي إلى السيطرة على منابع النفط والطاقة، ولتحقيق أكبر المكاسب في ليبيا ما بعد "معمر القذافي"، وتتخوف دول جوار ليبيا امتداد العنف إلى أراضيها نتيجة لانتشار السلاح عشوائيا، وزيادة التطرف وانتعاش الإجرام المنظم العابر للحدود، لذلك بادرت عدة دول مجاورة على غرار الجزائر وتونس على تنظيم مبادرات في محاولة لجسر الهوة بين أطراف الصراع، لكن التدخل الأجنبي المباشر والغير مباشر أجهض جميع المحاولات، لتبقى لغة السلاح والعنف هي السائدة في الميدان، لهذا ستتعرض هذه الدراسة إلى أسباب الصراع في ليبيا، أطراف الصراع، التدخل الأجنبي وآليات إعادة بناء الدولة في ليبيا.

Libya is witnessing a state of political instability as a result of the increase in armed violence and fighting between the various armed tribal militias and the forces of the Libyan National Accord government, Despite calls by the United Nations to stop fighting in places of conflict in order to allow the confrontation of the "Corona epidemic", battles are still taking place throughout the entire Libyan soil, As a result of the nature of the Libyan society, which is characterized by its tribal character on the one hand, and the differentiated foreign intervention to support the parties to the conflict on the other hand in order to seek to control the sources of oil and energy, And to achieve the biggest gains in Libya, Countries neighboring Libya fear that violence will spread to their territories as a result of the indiscriminate spread of weapons Increasing extremism and reviving organized transnational crime, Therefore, several neighboring countries, such as Algeria and Tunisia, took the initiative in organizing efforts to bridge the gap between the parties to the conflict, But foreign direct and indirect interference aborted all attempts Let the language of arms and violence remain prevalent on the ground, Therefore, this study will be exposed to the causes of the conflict in Libya. Parties to the conflict, foreign interference, and mechanisms to rebuild the country in Libya.
