الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد وعلى آلة وصحبه أجمعين، وبعد. إن نعم الله تعالى على الخلق لا يحدها حد، ولا يحصيها عد، ولا يستثنى من عمومها أحد؛ فنعم الله على خلقه عامة، تامة، سابغة. وإن من أجل نعم الله وأعظمها بعد نعمة الإسلام (نعمة الماء)، جعله تعالى مصدرا للحياة، وأحد أهم أسباب إمداداتها، ولقد أشار القرآن الكريم في تسع وخمسين آية إلى نعمة الماء، مبينا مصادرها، وأهميتها، وفوائدها، ومؤكدا عليها كإحدى النعم التي بها عصب الحياة، وضاربا بها الأمثال، تحدث القرآن عن المياه في صور مختلفة، وأوضح أنها نعمة للأرض، ونعمة للإنسان، ونعمة للحيوان، ونعمة للنبات، ونعمة للنظر والجمال فهي نعمة الحياة، وهي نعمة نسأل عنها يوم القيامة. ولقد جاءت عناية السنة النبوية المطهرة بالماء عنايه فائقة، فعدها نبينا صلى الله عليه وسلم من أوائل النعم التي نسأل عنها يوم القيامة، كما كان رسول الله حفيا بنعمة الله، يعظمها ويشكرها، وما أكثر الأحاديث الواردة في تعظيم هذه النعمة، وتقدير النعم لم يتوقف في السنة على الشكر والحمد، ولكنه كان مقرونا بالعمل وتوجيه الناس لحسن التصرف. إن نعمة الماء تحوي نعما ظاهرة وباطنة ففيها رحمة الله تعالى بالخلق وحياة للناس، كما يكون في الماء هلاك الناس وعذابهم، فبالماء يحيا الناس والحيوان والنبات وتحيا الأرض، كما أن الماء واحد من نعيم الجنة، وفي المقابل فبالماء يهلك الله تعالى بها الظالمين، فقد جعلها الله تعالى للمكذبين من قوم نوح طوفانا، ولسبأ سيلا عارما، ولفرعون إغراقا، وللجدب والقحط إمساكا، فتلك قدرة الله تعالى جعل الماء نعمة، كما جعله لمن كذب وعاند وتجبر نقمة. إن المشكلة لا تكمن فقط في إنكار النعم، ولا جحود المنعم، فقد يعترف المخلوق بنعم الخالق، ولكن المشكلة الحقيقية تكمن في إلف النعم، وعدم تقديرها، وأداء حقوقها، لوجودها بغير عناء ولا جهد، فيقل تعظيمها، وينسى تقديرها، ويهمل استثمارها، ويساء استخدامها، فتمحى بركتها، ويخشى عواقبها. إن شكر المنعم جل وعلا على النعم التي لا تعد ولا تحصى من أوجب واجبات المسلم، وتقدير نعمة الماء إيجادا وإمدادا ومنعا لا يقتصر على الشكر باللسان، بل يجب أن يكون شكرا بقلوب تملؤها المحبة، وتتغلغل فيها معاني العبودية لله تعالى، ويلازمها حسن التصرف، واستثمار ما يمكن من منابعها ومصادرها، والحفاظ على الصالح من مواردها، وزيادة صلاحها بتطويرها وتحسينها، وحسن استخدامها بترشيدها، والعمل على تنمية مواردها بالوسائل المتاحة والحديثة بالترشيد والتحلية وغيرها، فإن نعم الله تعالى تدوم بالشكر. وقد تناول الموضوع جملة من العناصر، منها: تقدير نعمة الإيجاد، وتقدير نعمة الإمداد، وتقدير نعمة المنع والتكليف.
Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and all his family and companions, and after. The blessings of God Almighty upon the creation are not limited by any limit, nor can be counted, and no one is excluded from their generality. May God bless his creation in general, complete, and submissive. And for the sake of God’s blessings and the greatest of them after the blessing of Islam (the blessing of water), the Almighty made it a source of life, and one of the most important reasons for its supply. Life, citing proverbs, the Qur’an talked about water in various forms, and explained that it is a blessing for the earth, a blessing for man, a blessing for animals, a blessing for plants, a blessing for sight and beauty, for it is the blessing of life, and it is a blessing that we will be asked about on the Day of Resurrection. The Prophet’s Sunnah, purified with water, came with great care, so our Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, counted it among the first blessings that we will ask about on the Day of Resurrection, as the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, was full of God’s grace, glorifying and thanking it. The blessings in the Sunnah did not stop with thanksgiving and praise, but rather it was coupled with work and guiding people to behave well. The blessing of water contains apparent and inward blessings, in it is God Almighty’s mercy on creation and life for people, as in water there is the destruction and torment of people. God Almighty for the deniers of the people of Noah a flood, and for Sheba a torrential torrent, and for Pharaoh to drown, and for famine and drought with constipation, for that is the power of God Almighty to make water a blessing, as He made it for those who lied, stubborn and forced a curse. The problem does not lie only in the denial of blessings, nor in the denial of the benefactor, for the creature may recognize the Creator’s blessings, but the real problem lies in a thousand blessings, not appreciating them, and fulfilling their rights, due to their existence without effort or effort, so their glorification is reduced, their appreciation is forgotten, their investment is neglected, and their use is misused. , Her blessing is erased, and the consequences are feared. Giving thanks to the Blessed One, the Exalted, for the countless blessings is one of the most essential duties of a Muslim, and appreciating the blessing of water for creation, supply and prevention is not limited to gratitude with the tongue. What is possible from its sources and sources, preserving the good of its resources, increasing its validity by developing and improving it, and making good use of it by rationalizing it, and working to develop its resources by available and modern means through rationalization, desalination and other things, for the blessings of God Almighty endure with gratitude.
