المستخلص: يعتبر التبادل التنموي بين الجمعيات الأهلية أحد الركائز الهامة التي يعتمد عليها العمل الأهلي، وتظهر أهميته نتيجة لعدة اعتبارات أهمها أن الجمعيات الأهلية بحاجة ماسة إلى تبادل الخبرات والخطط والسياسات والمبادرات فيما بينها والعمل المستمر على تجميع قواها والاتحاد فيما بينها إذا ما أرادت الإسهام بقوة في تعزيز مكانتها بشكل أكثر تأثيرا في المجتمع المصري، حيث يمثل التبادل التنموي آلية فعالة لتقوية وتعزيز القدرات المؤسسية للجمعيات الأهلية وأداة ناجحة لمشاركتها بشكل فعال في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وقد تحدد الهدف الرئيس للدراسة في تحديد واقع التبادل التنموي كآلية لتفعيل مشاركة الجمعيات الأهلية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وتحديد أهم مجالات التبادل التنموي التي تعزز بشكل أكبر قدرة هذه الجمعيات على دعم مواردها وتطوير برامجها بشكل أفضل، وهي دراسة وصفية استخدمت منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة العمدية على عدد من الجمعيات الأهلية لتحقيق ذلك الهدف، وتوصلت لعدد من النتائج أهمها قدرة التبادل التنموي على توفير فرص للتفاهم والتقارب بين الجمعيات وتوحيد سياسات عملها مما يساهم بشكل كبير في تطوير البرامج والمشروعات التي تنفذها هذه الجمعيات، وبالتالي تساهم بشكل أفضل في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة.

The developmental exchange between NGOs is one of the important pillars on which civil work depends, Its importance appears as a result of several considerations, the most important of which is that NGOs are in dire need of exchanging experiences, plans, policies and initiatives among themselves and the continuous work to gather their forces and unite among them if they want to contribute strongly to enhancing their position in a more influential way in Egyptian society. Where the development exchange represents an effective mechanism for strengthening and strengthening the institutional capacities of NGOs and a successful tool for their effective participation in achieving sustainable development, .The main objective of the study was determined to determine the nature and importance of development exchange as a mechanism to activate the participation of NGOs in achieving sustainable development , And identify the most important areas of development exchange that further enhance the ability of these associations to better support their resources and develop their programs. It is a descriptive study that used the social survey method with a deliberate sample on a number of NGOs to achieve this goal. And it reached a number of results, the most important of which is the ability of development exchange to provide opportunities for understanding and rapprochement between associations and unify their work policies, which contributes significantly to the development of programs and projects implemented by these associations, and thus contribute significantly to achieving sustainable development.
