المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى تسليط الضوء على قضية شغلت الأوساط المتخصصة في مجال رعاية الموهوبين، وهي صدق ترشيحات المعلمين في اكتشاف الموهوبين. واشتملت العينة على (12 تلميذ وتلميذة من تلاميذ الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة أسيوط، وأيضًا اشتملت العينة على 10 معلمين ومعلمات من معلمي تلاميذ الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة أسيوط)، كما استخدم الباحث كلا من استمارة ترشيح المعلمين للموهوبين، مقياس المصفوفات المتتابعة لرافن، اختبار تورانس للتفكير الإبداعي، مقياس تقييم الخصائص السلوكية لاكتشاف الطلاب الموهوبين وفقًا لنموذج الموهوبين والمتفوقين، (Linda Silverman) GATE، وتوصلت نتائج البحث الحالي إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 بين أبعاد استمارة ترشيح المعلمين للموهوبين ومقياس تقييم الخصائص السلوكية لاكتشاف الطلاب الموهوبين، كما تبين وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 بين اختبار الذكاء لجون رافن ومقياس تقييم الخصائص السلوكية لاكتشاف الطلاب الموهوبين حيث بلغ معامل ارتباط سبيرمان 0.763 وهو قيمة طردية كبيرة تؤكد صدق ترشيحات المعلمين في اكتشاف الموهوبين، وتبين كذلك وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 بين اختبار تورانس للتفكير الإبداعي ومقياس تقييم الخصائص السلوكية لاكتشاف الطلاب الموهوبين، في حين تبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات المعلمين والمعلمات في كلا من استمارة ترشيح المعلمين للموهوبين واختبار الذكاء لجون رافن واختبار تورانس للتفكير الإبداعي، وهو ما يفسره الباحث بوجود معايير سائدة بين المعلمين والمعلمات في التحيز، وبالتالي في مستوى دقة وصدق المعلمين في الكشف عن التلاميذ الموهوبين.

The current research aimed to shed light on an issue that has occupied the specialized circles in the field of gifted care, namely the sincerity of teachers' nominations in the discovery of gifted. The sample included (12 pupils of the second cycle of basic education in Assist governorate, and also the sample included 10 teachers of pupils of the second cycle of basic education in Assist governorate), and the researcher also used both the model of teacher nomination for the gifted, the scale of successive matrices of Raven, the Torrance test of creative thinking , and the measure of evaluation of behavioral characteristics To discover gifted students according to the model of gifted and talented GATE (Linda Silverman), the results of the current research found a statistically significant correlation at a significance level of 0.01 between the dimensions of the model of teacher nomination for gifted and the measure of evaluation of behavioral characteristics to discover Gifted students, as it was found that there is a statistically significant correlation at the level of significance of 0.01 between the intelligence test of John Raven and the scale of evaluation of behavioral characteristics of the discovery of gifted students, where the coefficient of association of Spearman was 0.763, which is a direct value of its magnitude confirming the sincerity of teacher nominations in the discovery of gifted, and also showed a relationship A statistically significant correlation at a significance level of 0.01 between the Torrance Creative Thinking Test and the Evaluation Scale of Behavioral Characteristics for the Discovery of Gifted Students, while no statistically significant differences were found between the average grades of teachers in both the Gifted Teacher Nomination Form, the John Raven IQ Test and the Torrance Creative Thinking Test. This is explained by the researcher by the existence of prevailing standards between teachers in bias, and therefore in the level of accuracy and honesty of teachers in revealing pupils between them.
