|a تهدف المقالة إلى دراسة تصور أطراف الصراع الليبي والسكان المحليين للمؤسسة العسكرية الروسية الخاصة "فاغنر"، انطلاقاً من فهم دور هذه الأخيرة في تحقيق المصالح والأهداف القومية الروسية في دوائرها الجيوسياسية، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى اعتبار "فاغنر" مؤسسة تعمل على تحقيق أهداف حليفها المشير "خليفة حفتر" زعيم الجيش الوطني الليبي في ذات الدولة، كما أن تتبعنا لطريقة عمل المؤسسة جعلنا نخلص إلى اعتبار أن علاقاتها بالسكان المحليين تتعلق بالبعد المالي، بالنظر إلى تحول الولاء لصالح الدولار في ظل الظروف الأمنية المتدهورة.
|b This Articl aims to study the perception of the parties to the Libyan conflict and the local population about the Russian private military institution “Wagner”. Based on understanding the role of it for achieving Russian national interests and goals in its geopolitical circles. The study concluded that “Wagner” is an institution working to achieve the goals of its ally the leader of the Libyan National Army "Marshal Khalifa Haftar". The pursuit of the institution's functioning has led us to conclude that its relations with the local population are related to the financial dimension, given the shift of loyalty in favor of the dollar under deteriorating security conditions.
