|a هدفت هذه الدراسة لواقع التعلم الإلكتروني في جامعة المنوفية للوقوف على إيجابياته وسلبياته من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة والطلبة المتعلمين ومدى استخداماته من قبل أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية والهيئة المعاونة والطلبة، تكونت عينة الدراسة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة بكليات-جامعة المنوفية وبلغ عددهم (300) عضوا، وطلبة كليات-جامعة المنوفية وبلغ عددهم (800) طالب، وتم أخذ العينات عشوائيا. تم إعداد الاستبيانات الخاصة للكشف عن واقع استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم الإلكتروني من وجهة نظر (أعضاء هيئة التدريس – الهيئة المعاونة – الطلاب والطالبات) من حيث (مدى استخدامه – إيجابياته – سلبياته – معوقات تطبيقه) بجامعة المنوفية في زمن الكورونا. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: بالنسبة للإيجابيات من وجهة نظر (أعضاء هيئة التدريس – الطلبة): أن أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة بجامعة المنوفية تسعى إلى إيجاد بيئة تعلمية إلكترونية تعتمد أساسا على تفعيل التواصل بين أطراف العملية التعليمية، المعلم والمتعلم والمحتوى العلمي، للوصول إلى مستوى أفضل من الأداء، كما أتاح تكنولوجيا التعليم الإلكتروني سهولة كبيرة في الوصول إلى الأستاذ في أسرع وقت وفي أي مكان، وينمي الإبداع في التعليم والتعلم. بالنسبة لسلبيات التعلم الإلكتروني من وجهة نظر (أعضاء هيئة التدريس – الطلبة): نجد أن أكثر السلبيات تركزت في قلة معرفتهم بالتعامل مع البرامج المحوسبة، وفي إكساب الطلاب مهارة استخدام الحاسب مما يقلل من درجة تحصيل الطلاب للمقررات الدراسية وإحساسهم بالمبالغة في تقدير الدور التعليمي للإنترنت، كما أن جميع السلبيات ترتبط بالأمور التقنية والفنية.
|b This study aimed at the reality of e-learning at Menoufia University to find out its pros and cons from the point of view of the faculty members, the assisting body and the educated students and the extent of its uses by the faculty members, the assisting body and students members, and colleges students - Menoufia University, and their number reached (800) students, and samples were taken randomly (300). Special questionnaires have been prepared to reveal the reality of using e-learning technology from the point of view of (faculty members - the assisting body - students and students) in terms of (the extent of its use - its advantages - its disadvantages - the obstacles to its application) at the University of Menoufia in the time of Corona. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: With regard to the positives from the point of view of (faculty members - students): that the faculty members and the assisting body at Menoufia University seek to create an electronic learning environment that mainly depends on activating communication between the parties to the educational process, the teacher, the learner and the scientific content, to reach a better level of performance The e-learning technology also allowed great ease of access to the professor at the fastest time and anywhere, and the creativity in teaching and learning grew. With regard to the negatives of e-learning from the point of view of (faculty members - students): We find that most of the negatives were concentrated in their lack of knowledge of dealing with computerized programs, and in providing students with the skill of using the computer, which reduces the degree of students ’achievement of academic courses and their sense of overestimating the educational role of the Internet Also, all negatives are related to technical and technical matters.
