|a يهدف البحث الراهن إلى الكشف عن أبعاد العمل العاطفي واستراتيجياته لدى الأطباء بمستشفى بني سويف التخصصي. والبحث الراهن بحث وصفي تحليلي اعتمد بشكل أساسي على أسلوب المسح الاجتماعي من خلال الحصر الشامل، كما اعتمد البحث على الاستبيان الإلكتروني كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات، وتشكلت مفردات البحث من 134 طبيبا وطبيبة بمستشفى بني سويف التخصصي. وقد توصل البحث إلى ارتفاع درجة ممارسة العمل العاطفي لدى الأطباء، كما كشف البحث عن انخفاض درجة التمثيل السطحي بين الأطباء، في حين جاءت درجة التمثيل العميق مرتفعة، مما يشير إلى تبني الأطباء لاستراتيجية التمثيل العميق في ممارسة العمل العاطفي.
|b The research aims to reveal the dimensions and strategies of emotional labor among Physicians at Beni Suef specialized hospital. The current research is an analytical descriptive research that relied mainly on the method of comprehensive social survey. The research also relied on the electronic questionnaire as a main tool for data collection, and the study consisted of 134 male and female physicians at Beni Suef specialized hospital. The findings of research show that the degree of emotional labor practice among physicians is strong, and the research revealed a low degree of surface acting among physicians, while the degree of deep acting was high. This indicates that physicians have adopted the strategy of deep acting in the practice of emotional labor.
