المستخلص: ذهب بعض العلماء إلى أن البخاري ربما قرن بين الروايات، وساق الحديث على لفظ أحدها، مع وجود اختلاف بين بعض ألفاظها، وأسانيدها، دون التنبيه على الفروقات بينها، بما يرفع عنها الإيهام والإشكال؛ ولذا انتقده بعض العلماء في مواضع يسيرة، بينما دافع عنه آخرون بأن من عادته التجوز في مثل ذلك؛ لأنه كان ينظر إلى أصل الحديث عند التحويل بين الأسانيد، دون النظر إلى خصوص ألفاظه، بناء على جواز الرواية بالمعنى. وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى صحة ما نسب إلى البخاري من وجود تفاوت في بعض ألفاظ تلك الروايات، وأسانيدها، وخطأ نسبة بعضها الآخر. كما خلصت إلى أن أكثر الروايات التي وجد فيها التفاوت في المعنى لا تقتضي الحط من منزلة الصحيح، ولا توهيم صاحبه بالخطأ في التحويل بين الأسانيد، لندرتها من جهة، ولتحرزه عما يقتضي الإيهام فيها من جهة أخرى.

Some scholars have argued that al-Bukhari may have combined the narrations and cited the hadith according to the wording of one of them, with a discrepancy between some of its wording and its chain of narrators (isnad), without mentioning the differences between them in a way that avoids illusion and uncertainty. Therefore, some scholars have criticized him in minor respects, while others defended him by saying that it is his habit to be permissible in such a case, because he was considering the origin of the hadith when moving to another chains of narrators (isnads), without considering its wording, based on the permissibility of the narration in the sense. This study concluded with the validity of what was attributed to al-Bukhari regarding the existence of disparities in some of the wording of these narrations, their chain of narrators (isnad), and the error of the proportion of others. It also concluded that in most cases in which there are disparities in meaning, does not degrade the value of the Sahih, nor to accuse Al Bukhari of committing error by the transference between the isnads, due to their scarcity on the one hand, and because he a voidness of what may cause confusion on the other hand.
