|a يتناول البحث دراسة الإقليم الجغرافي لطلبة كلية الطب في جامعة النهرين للمدة من عام ٢٠١٧ لغاية ٢٠٢١ وقد ظهر من خلال البحث بان خدمات كلية الطب في جامعة النهرين بأقسامها التي بلغ عددها (١١) قسم امتدت إلى (١٥) محافظة عراقية وبلغت نسبة الطلبة الساكنين من محافظة بغداد (56.1%) وبعدد طلاب (546) طالب وهي بهذا احتلت المرتبة الأولى وهذا نتيجة طبيعية ناجم عن وقوع كلية الطب-جامعة النهرين في بغداد فيما بلغت نسبة الطلبة القادمين من المحافظات الأخرى (43.9%) وهي المحافظات التي يمتد لها تأثير خدمة كلية الطب. واحتلت محافظة ذي قار المرتبة الثانية وبنسبة (11.7%) ويعود السبب بذلك إلى جودة الخدمات المقدمة وكذلك بسبب موقع كلية الطب والذي يقع بالقرب من مركز ديني (الكاظمية) وتوفر السكن بأجور مناسبة للطلبة مما زاد من استقطابية جذب الكلية. أما في المرتبة الثالثة فجاءت محافظة ديالى وبنسبة (7.6%) وهذا يعود بسبب قربها من محافظة بغداد كما ظهر من خلال البحث تمييز ثلاثة أنواع من الأقاليم الجغرافية (مناطق النفوذ) لكلية الطب في جامعة النهرين منطقة النفوذ الأولى والتي تشكل الإقليم الكثيف ويشمل محافظة بغداد. أما منطقة النفوذ الثانية أو الإقليم الواسع فيشمل محافظات (ذي قار-ديالى-كربلاء-بابل-صلاح الدين-واسط) أما منطقة النفوذ الثالثة أو الإقليم الواسع جدا فيتكون من المحافظات الأبعد (الأنبار-القادسية-النجف-المثنى وبقية المحافظات الأخرى) وقد تباين عدد الطلبة في كلية الطب خلال سنوات المدة الزمنية المخصصة للبحث من سنة إلى أخرى ويأتي هذا التباين إلى جملة أسباب منها ما يتعلق بحسب أعداد الطلبة ومنها بحسب الأوضاع السياسية ومنها ما يتعلق بظروف انتشار جائحة فايروس كورونا في البلد.
|b The research deals with the study of the geographical region for students of the Faculty of Medicine at Al-Nahrain University for the period from 2017 to 2021. It appeared through the research that the services of the Faculty of Medicine at Al Nahrain University in its departments, which numbered (11) departments, extend to (15) Iraqi governorates, and the percentage of students residing from the governorate Baghdad (56.1%) and the number of students (546), which is why it occupied the first place, and this is a natural result resulting from the occurrence of the College of Medicine - Al-Nahrain University in Baghdad, while the percentage of students coming from other provinces reached 43.9%, which are the provinces that have the effect of serving the College of Medicine . Dhi Qar Governorate ranked second with a rate of (11.7 percent) due to the quality of the services provided, as well as the location of the College of Medicine, which is located near a religious center (Al-Kadhimiya) and the provision of housing with suitable wages for students, which increased the college’s attractiveness. As for the third place, the Governorate came Diyala with a rate of (7.6%), and this is due to its proximity to the province of Baghdad, as it appeared through the research to distinguish three types of geographical regions (areas of influence) for the Faculty of Medicine at Al Nahrain University, the first influence area, which constitutes the dense region and includes the province of Baghdad. As for the second area of influence or the wide region, it includes the governorates (Dhi Qar - Diyala - Karbala - Babil - Salah al-Din - Wasit). The number of students in the Faculty of Medicine during the years of the time period allocated for research from one year to another. This discrepancy comes to a number of reasons, including those related to the number of students, including according to the political situation, including those related to the conditions of the spread of the Corona virus pandemic in the count
