سعت هذه الدراسة إلى رصد وقياس اتجاهات الرأي العام المصري، وتفاعله مع المبادرات الرئاسية بشكل عام، ومبادرة حياة كريمة بشكل خاص، على مستوي متغيرات (كثافة الاستخدام، والثقة، والاعتماد)، والأطر التفسيرية المطروحة لمعالجتها من خلال مقارنة طبيعة المعالجة في الوسائل عينة الدراسة لهذه المبادرة، كما هدفت إلى رصد وتحليل الأطر التفسيرية التي طرحتها (وسائل الإعلام محل الدراسة) في معالجتها لدور الدولة في تنفيذ المبادرات الرئاسية المتعلقة بالتنمية، ورصد عادات وأنماط متابعة أفراد العينة (لجهود الدولة في تنفيذ مبادرة حياة كريمة) عبر الوسائل الإعلامية عينة الدراسة، تسعي الدراسة الحالية إلى الإجابة على تساؤل رئيسي وهو: ما طبيعة معالجة وسائل الإعلام التقليدية والحديثة لدور الدولة في تنفيذ مبادرة حياة كريمة؟ وما هي اتجاهات الرأي العام المصري نحوها؟، واعتمدت الدراسة في إطارها النظري على نظرية الأطر الخبرية، وهي من الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية، التي استعانت بمنهج المسح الإعلامي بشقيه الوصفي والتحليلي، واستخدمت الدراسة بعض الأدوات لجمع البيانات منها: الاستبيان، وتحليل المضمون، كما استعانت بالتحليل السميولوجي، اتخذت الدراسة من الجمهور العام المصري عينة لها، كما وقع اختيار الباحثتان وفق لدراسة استطلاعية مسبقة على موقع اليوم السابع وعلى قناة cbc، وجاءت أبرز نتائج الدراسة كالتالي: كانت اتجاهات الرأي العام المصري إيجابية مؤيدة للمعالجة التي تتم عبر وسائل الإعلام والخاصة بالمبادرة، كانت كل من مبادرتي حياة كريمة و100 مليون صحة في الترتيب الأول من حيث المبادرات الرئاسية التي تتابعها عينة الدراسة، تشير نتائج تحليل المضمون إلى أن قناة cbc في تغطيتها لأخبار مبادرة حياة كريمة كانت قد اعتمدت على المواطنين الموجودين في مناطق التنفيذ بنسبة (21 %)، ثم المحافظين والتنفيذيين بنسبة (18.9 %) وهو ما يظهر اهتمام القناة بالمصداقية في عرض الأخبار الخاصة بالمبادرة، احتلت فئة البيانات والأرقام المرتبة الأولى بين آليات البرهنة المنطقية في اليوم السابع بنسبة 70.4 % حيث قدمت اليوم السابع غالبية المواد الإخبارية مدعمة نصوصها بالبيانات والأرقام وظهر ذلك بوضوح في جميع المواد الخبرية الخاصة برصد عدد المشروعات وتكلفتها ونسب الإنجاز وأعداد المتطوعين والمشاركين ونسب الانتهاء من المشروعات وخطط التنفيذ.
This study sought to monitor and measure the trends of Egyptian public opinion, and its interaction with the presidential initiatives in general, and the initiative of a decent life in particular, at the level of variables (intensity of use, trust, and dependence), and the explanatory frameworks offered to address them by comparing the nature of treatment in the means of the study sample for these The initiative, and also aimed to monitor and analyze the explanatory frameworks put forward by (the media under study) in addressing the state’s role in implementing the presidential initiatives related to development, and monitoring the habits and patterns of follow-up by the sample members (for the state’s efforts in implementing a decent Haya karima). Through the media as a sample of the study, the current study seeks to answer a main question: What is the nature of the traditional and modern media's treatment of the state's role in implementing a decent life initiative? And what are the trends of Egyptian public opinion towards it?, and the study relied in its theoretical framework on the theory of news frameworks, which is one of the descriptive and analytical studies, which used the media survey method, both descriptive and analytical, and the study used some tools to collect data, including: questionnaire, and content analysis, and it also used By semiological analysis, the study took a sample from the Egyptian public, and the two researchers were chosen according to a prior exploratory study On the Seventh Day website and on the CBC channel, the most prominent results of the study were as follows: The Dignified Life Initiative and the 100 Million Health Initiative ranked first in terms of presidential initiatives followed by the study sample, The results of the content analysis indicate that cbc channel, in its coverage of the news of the Good Life Initiative, relied on the citizens present in the implementation areas at a rate of (21%), then the governors and executives at a rate of (18.9%), which shows the channel’s interest in credibility in presenting the news of the initiative, The data and numbers category ranked first among the logical proof mechanisms on the seventh day, with a rate of 70.4%, as the seventh day presented the majority of news materials supported by data and numbers, and this was clearly shown in all news materials related to monitoring the number of projects and their costs, completion rates, numbers of volunteers, participants and completion rates of projects and implementation plans.
