المستخلص: السنة النبوية وحي من الله تعالى، وقد يشكل فهم بعض نصوصها، كما قد يظهر في بعضها التعارض، وذلك لخطأ في ضبط النص، أو فهمه، أو إدراك معانيه، مما يؤدي إلى اختلال فهم هذه النصوص وإثارة الشبهات فيها. والتعارض بين الأحاديث النبوية هو ظاهري ليس له حقيقة، لذا اهتم العلماء بدفع التعارض بين هذه الأحاديث؛ لفهم النصوص الشرعية فهما صحيحا، والعمل بها على بصيرة، ورد شبهات الطاعنين في السنة ومن يحاولون تشكيك الناس في أمر دينهم وإثارة الفتن. وهذه الدراسة تبين مناهج علماء القرن الثاني الهجري في دفع التعارض بين الأحاديث التي ظاهرها التعارض، من خلال ذكر مسالكهم في دفع التعارض، وهي: الجمع والنسخ والترجيح. وكذلك ترتيب هذه المسالك، إذ ذهبوا بها إلى ما ارتضاه الجماهير من البدء بالجمع، فإن تعذر فالنسخ، وإن تعذر الجمع والنسح فالترجيح. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إل بيان الطريقة المثلى في دفع ذلك التعارض الظاهري بين الأحاديث، من خلال تتبع مناهج علماء القرن الثاني الهجري في دفع مثل ذلك التعارض بين الأحاديث.

The Sunnah is a revelation from God Almighty, and it may be difficult to understand some of its texts. Some of them may appear inconsistent, due to a mistake in controlling the text, understanding it, or understanding its meanings, which leads to an imbalance in understanding these texts and raises suspicions in them. The contradiction between the hadiths of the Prophet is apparent and has no reality. Therefore, the scholars were interested in removing the contradiction between these hadiths in order to understand the legal texts in a correctly and to act on them with insight. In addition, the refutation of the suspicions of the slanderers of the Sunnah and those who try to suspect the people in their religion and arousing sedition. This study shows the approaches of the scholars of the second century AH in removing the contradiction between the hadiths that appeared to be in conflict by mentioning their paths of eliminating the contradiction, which are: combination, copying, and preference. As well as the arrangement of these ways, as they followed what the audience agreed upon, starting with the combination. If this is not possible, they turn to copying, and if it is not possible to combine and copy, they tend to preference. This study aims to clarify the best way to remove that apparent contradiction between hadiths, by following the methods of scholars of the second century AH in removing such contradiction between hadiths.
